- 湿度検出素子、該湿度検出素子の汚れを加熱に
より除去する加熱機構、温度検出素子及びこれら
全体を囲繞する保護具を備えてなるものにおいて
、熱伝導率１９×１０−３Ｊ／cm・ｓ・ｋ以下の
材質からなり、保護具内部の気体の対流を前記湿
度検出素子と前記温度検出素子との間で遮断する
断熱物質を配置したことを特徴とする温湿度セン
サ。
