Abstract

PURPOSE:To clean a fine spinning frame and surrounding air, by generating a suction air stream at the opening of a dust box by the rotation of a rotary blade wheel placed under wheel placed under the rear part of a roller part and guiding the blasted air stream along the same direction as the air stream generated by a tin pulley. CONSTITUTION:A suction air stream is generated at the suction opening of the dust boxes 3, 4 by rotating the rotary blade wheel 1. The fleece supplied continuously from the front bottom roller in yarn breakage and the fiber waste generated in the roller part R and bobbin body S are collected on the filter net 2 and cleaned by the air stream. The air stream F2 blasted from the exhaustion opening 6 is guided along the same direction as the air stream F4 generated by the rotation of the tin pulley 5. The air in the chamber is flowed along a definite direction by this procedure to clean the air near the frame.

Conventionally, as a cleaning means for spinning machines, a fleece suction device is installed at the outlet of each roller part from a wind tunnel connected to the suction side of a high static pressure blower built into the end of the machine frame, and fleece is continuously supplied even when yarn breaks. There were also traveling cleaners that sucked up fibers and other materials that moved over the entire length of the spinning machine and blew away fiber waste that had settled on the spinning machine.

With conventional methods, by continuing to suction the supplied fleece with a suction device even when the thread breaks, it is possible to prevent accidents caused by the fleece becoming tangled, but it may not be possible to clean the machine base, or the traveling cleaner Even if you temporarily clean the machine base by blowing away the fiber waste from a part of the machine base, it may not be possible to clean the fiber waste floating in the air, making it difficult to improve the operating environment of the entire factory. Not only was there no consideration given to cleaning the machine, but even the machine itself could not be cleaned sufficiently.

The present invention aims to clean the entire factory by cleaning the machine base and cleaning the air around the machine base even when spinning machines are operated in parallel, thereby achieving the cleaning of the entire factory by an energy-saving means.

A suction airflow generating device having a rotary impeller is installed at the bottom of the back of the roller part of the spinning machine in the longitudinal direction of the machine, and the roller part and spindle part have openings for air intake. - Surround the suction airflow generator over the entire length of the machine with a dust box that has an exhaust opening in the same direction as the airflow generated on the floor surface, and install a suction net on the intake side of the suction airflow generator to prevent the rotation of the impeller. By rotating constantly or in synchronization with the operation of the machine, fleece, floating fiber debris, etc. are adsorbed to the adsorption net, while the exhaust airflow from the exhaust opening of the suction airflow generator is By directing the spinning machine in one direction toward the row of spinning machines, it is possible to clean the machine stands, between the machines, on the floor, and in the air. If the suction net accumulates a lot of fiber waste, the suction function will deteriorate, so the worker should periodically run a vacuum cleaner to suck out the absorbed fiber waste with the vacuum cleaner. The problems of conventional methods were solved by either removing the fibers, or by fixing the vacuum cleaner and running the suction net periodically or continuously, and then removing the absorbed fiber waste with the vacuum cleaner and maintaining the cleaning function. .

When the rotary impeller rotates, a suction airflow is generated at the intake opening of the dust box. By this suction air flow, the fleece continuously supplied from the front bottom roller at the time of yarn breakage, the roller part, the fiber waste generated in the tube yarn trunk, etc. are adsorbed onto the suction net and cleaned. Furthermore, by setting the exhaust opening so that the airflow from the rotary impeller is in the same direction as the airflow generated on the floor by the chimpully, the airflow in the room flows uniformly in a fixed direction, which improves the air conditioning equipment. The functionality of has also increased.
