As shown in FIG. 1, which is a vertical cross-sectional view along the axis, a conventional two-fluid spray atomizer has a cylindrical atomizer main body 01 with a trapezoidal front cross section, and the back side of the main body has a trapezoidal shape. A medium distribution passage 02 and a fuel reservoir 04 are provided, and a spray medium passage 03 and a fuel mixing passage 05 that communicate with each other are formed inside the main body, so that fuel is injected as a spray medium.

In the atomizer having the above structure, fuel is distributed and supplied from the fuel reservoir 04 to a plurality of fuel mixing passages 05. On the other hand, the atomizing medium (e.g. steam)
The spray medium is supplied from the spray medium distribution passage 02 to the same number of spray medium passages 03 as the fuel mixing passages 05, and is injected into the fuel mixing passage 05, where it collides with, mixes, and stirs the fuel.
At this time, the fuel is atomized by the energy of the spray medium and injected into the furnace from the fuel mixing passage 05.

In this type of two-fluid spray atomizer, the fuel is atomized by the energy of the spray medium, so the energy of the spray medium is generally large, and the fuel is in the opposite direction from the spray medium outlet in the fuel mixing passage 05 where the spray medium is sprayed. is pressed against the fuel mixing passage 05 wall.

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
The fuel supplied to the fuel mixing passage 05 flows as shown by the solid arrow and is pressed against the inner wall of the fuel mixing passage 05 by the flow of the atomizing medium shown by the broken line.

Because the slurry liquid fuel contains solid particles,
When the fuel flows while being pressed against the wall surface of the fuel mixing passage 05, solid fine particles that have already been atomized and separated slide and flow on the wall surface of the fuel mixing passage 05 together with the high-speed flow of the atomizing medium.
The inner wall portion of No. 5 wears out as indicated by the symbol X in FIGS. 4 and 5. This wear enlarges the hole in the fuel mixing passage 05, and as a result affects the flow rate characteristics of the atomizer, making it impossible to function as an atomizer. Therefore, there was a problem in which the atomizer had to be replaced in a short period of time.

To achieve this objective, according to the invention:
A fuel spray atomizer comprising a plurality of fuel mixing passages opening into an internal fuel reservoir and opening concentrically spaced apart from each other on a front end face, and a plurality of atomization medium passages communicating with each of the fuel mixing passages. is inserted coaxially from the opening end of the fuel reservoir to the downstream side of the intersection of the fuel mixing passage and the spray medium passage, and forms a space between the fuel mixing passage and the mixing passage through which the spray fluid flows. A fuel pipe is installed. Therefore, according to the present invention, the fuel in the fuel mixing passage is injected downstream through the fuel pipe so as to be surrounded by the atomizing medium, so that it is not pressed against the wall of the fuel mixing passage as in the past, but instead of being pressed against the wall of the mixing passage. wear is reduced.

The fuel spray atomizer of the present invention has almost the same structure as the conventional one, and 20 is an atomizer main body;
1 is a spray medium distribution passage, 22 is a spray medium passage, 2
3 is a fuel reservoir, 24 is a fuel pipe, 25 is a fuel-spray medium mixing passage, and 26 is a fuel passage formed within the fuel pipe 24. Further, the broken line arrows indicate the spray medium flow, and the solid line arrows indicate the fuel flow.

In the atomizer having the above structure, fuel is injected from the fuel reservoir 23 into the fuel spray medium mixing passage 25 through the fuel passage 26 of the fuel pipe 24. On the other hand, the atomizing medium is passed from the atomizing medium distribution path 21 through the atomizing medium path 22 to the fuel-atomizing medium mixing path 25.
It is injected and supplied to.

Under such operating conditions, the fuel injected from the fuel pipe 24 collides with the spray medium while being surrounded by the spray medium flowing along the fuel pipe 24 from around the fuel pipe 24, and is mixed and agitated to form fine particles. is injected into the furnace from the mixing passage 25.

As can be seen from the streamlines of the fuel and atomizing medium in FIG. 8, both the fuel and the atomizing medium flow straight through the fuel-atomizing medium mixing passage 25, so that the fuel is deposited on the wall surface of the mixing passage 25. There will be no collision. Additionally, the fuel jets pass through the fuel pipe 24 and mix in a state where they are included in the atomizing medium.
Since the fuel is stirred, the state in which solid particles in the fuel slide on the wall of the mixing passage 25 is also reduced.
