Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a vehicle in which a ventilation duct with an air outlet facing the interior of the vehicle is arranged parallel to a luggage rack, a speaker box with a speaker mounted on the front side has a rear side facing above the rear side. A mounting structure for a vehicle speaker, characterized in that a communication hole communicating with the inside of the speaker box is provided in a side surface of the ventilation duct that is placed on the luggage shelf in contact with the duct and in contact with the rear surface of the box.
