In recent years, as buildings have become larger and taller, many group-controlled elevators have been adopted that efficiently operate and service multiple cars as a group, and a typical control method is called the allocation method. be. In this system, when a hall call is registered, the most suitable elevator for that hall call is selected and assigned.

However, even with this allocation method, it is not always possible to provide satisfactory service to all boarding calls, and depending on traffic conditions, service conditions may be extremely poor, such as long waits, passage due to full passengers, or backlogs due to full passengers. Bad floors may occur. For example, in response to a call for a descending hall on a non-story floor during down-peak hours (when passengers descending from all general floors to the standard floor are concentrated, such as during clock-off hours), the hall is filled with passengers. It is necessary to give priority to cars to respond to hall calls with extremely poor service conditions, but there is no guarantee that there will always be cars suitable for priority response in such cases (e.g., empty cars that can go directly). Not only that, but customers are kept waiting even longer with a sense of impatience and disbelief.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is an elevator capable of responding and servicing a hall call whose service condition is worse than a predetermined condition, regardless of the operating condition of the elevator at that time. The purpose of this study is to provide a group management control method. The features of the present invention are as follows:
When a hall call with poor service status is detected, an appropriate car is selected and new hall calls are prohibited from being assigned to that car, and the lights inside the car are turned off after all calls that have already been answered have been answered. By leaving the car empty, priority service can be given to those calls.

Figure 1 is a diagram showing the relationship between elevator car positions and calls.
It has the descending landing call h1a for the floor and the car call c1a for the 1st floor, and is out of response on the 6th floor, while the car B has the descending landing call for the 10th floor h5b and the car call c1b for the 1st floor, and descends near the 2nd floor. While traveling, Car No. C has descending landing numbers h4c and h3c for the 8th and 7th floors, indicating that it is descending near the 9th floor. If car No. A now responds to the car call on the 6th floor and becomes full, then the descending hall call h1a on the 3rd floor will pass and it will respond to the car call c1a on the 1st floor. If we do not take any precautions at this time, after arriving at the 1st floor, Car A will temporarily serve the upper floors in response to the car call of new passengers who boarded from the 1st floor, and then it will become full again and pass through the 3rd floor. This could lead to a severe deterioration in service conditions for the customers waiting on the third floor. Therefore, in the present invention, when a hall call whose service condition is poor according to predetermined conditions is detected, that call is determined as a call to be responded to with priority (hereinafter referred to as a priority call). A hall call whose service condition is worse than a predetermined condition is not limited to a hall call when the assigned cars are full as described above, but also a hall call when the expected waiting time for a hall call is more than a predetermined value for all cars. The floor where the car was left unloaded after the assigned car responded to the hall call and the hall call, and the waiting time for the unloaded car up to now and the expected waiting time until a new car responds. Various things can be considered, such as the corresponding landing call when the total is more than a predetermined value, and these can be set arbitrarily in advance (for example, whether the car is full or not is called within a certain time after departure). This can be detected by the occurrence of a boarding call in the same direction).

In the example of FIG. 1, when car No. A passes through the third floor full of passengers, the descending hall call h1a on the third floor is determined as the priority call. Once the priority call is determined, a priority response car is then selected for that call and the priority call is assigned to that car. The priority response car can be selected in various ways, such as by selecting the car with the minimum expected waiting time for the priority call, or by selecting the car with the minimum total of car calls and hall calls already in service at that time. This can also be set arbitrarily in advance. In the example in Figure 1, car B is assigned the 10th floor descending landing call h5b, and car C is assigned the descending landing calls h4c and h3c on the 8th and 7th floors, so the priority call h1a is It is assumed that car No. a with the smallest expected waiting time is selected as the priority response car.

When car No. a is selected as a priority response car and a priority call is assigned, car No. a is then actively assigned as an empty car. Figure 3 shows an example of a circuit for actively emptying a car selected as a priority response car for car No. A.
The same applies to machines b and c. In the figure, 11a indicates "H" when car No. a is selected as the priority response car.
12a is a priority call response signal that becomes "H" when car No. A responds to a priority call; 13a is a priority call response signal that becomes "H" when Car No. 14 is an RS type flip-flop, 15 is an AND gate, 16 is an assignment prohibition circuit that prohibits the assignment of a new hall call, and 17 is an in-car light turn off that turns off the lights in the car. It is a circuit. Since car No. A has now been selected as the priority response car, the signal 11a becomes "H", and therefore the output of the flip-flop 14 also becomes "H", and from now on, the allocation prohibition circuit 16 prohibits the assignment of new hall calls to Car No. A. be done. When car No. A finishes serving all calls other than the priority call, the signal 13a becomes "H", the output of the AND gate 15 also becomes "H", and the lights inside the car are turned off.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a state after a certain period of time has elapsed from the state shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, car No. B is ascending around the 3rd floor in response to the 10th floor descending hall call h5b, and car No. C is descending around the 7th floor in response to the car call c1c on the 1st floor. Car A, which was selected as the priority response car, turns off the lights inside the car after arriving at the first floor. Passengers waiting on the 1st floor refrained from boarding the car because the lights inside the car in car A were turned off, and furthermore, the allocation of the newly generated 2nd floor ascending landing call h6 to car a was prohibited, so responds to the priority call h1a as soon as the car is empty. When machine a responds to the priority call h1a, the signal 12a becomes "H", and the flip-flop 14 and AND gate 15
Both outputs become "L" and return to the normal state.

In addition, in the above example, as a method to proactively empty the priority response car, the lights inside the car are turned off after the car No. A arrives on the 1st floor, but at the same time, the display of the arrival forecast and driving direction is also prohibited. If you do this, you can expect even better results. Further, instead of prohibiting all new hall calls from being assigned, the assignment of only hall calls in the opposite direction to the driving direction may be prohibited until an empty car is available, taking into account driving efficiency.

As explained above, in this invention, when a call with extremely poor service condition or a call expected to be in very poor service condition occurs, that call is made a priority call, and the car selected to respond to the priority call is
Subsequent allocation of new hall calls is prohibited, and after all calls that have already been answered and the service has ended, the lights inside the car are turned off and the car is actively left empty. By providing priority response service to customers, calls with extremely poor service conditions are prevented from occurring, and this has a significant effect on improving the operating efficiency and serviceability of the elevator group as a whole.

[Claims] 1. A plurality of elevators are managed as a group, and when a hall call is registered, a group management device performs a predetermined calculation and, based on the result, selects the elevator that should respond to the hall call. When a hall call with a worse service condition than a predetermined condition is detected as a priority call, a car that should respond preferentially to the priority call is selected, and a new car is assigned to the selected car. The feature is that, in addition to prohibiting the allocation of hall calls, the interior lights of the car are turned off after responding to all the calls already in charge and completing the service to the destination floor, and then the car is made to respond to the priority call. A group management control method for elevators.
