Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フレームに上下摺動自在に保持されたスラ
    イダと、 フレームに保持され回動アームを支持するテー
    ブルと、 一端がスライダに軸支され、略中央が回動アー
    ムに軸支された平行な２本のリンクアームと、 リンクアームの他端に支持されワークを保持し
    て搬送するアタツチメントと、 を有し、回動アームを駆動モータにより回動させ
    ることで、ワークの直線搬送を行うワーク搬送装
    置において、 スライダとテーブルとに両端が支持されたバラ
    ンスシリンダと、 回動アームの回転状態によつて前記バランスシ
    リンダのシリンダ圧を調整する圧力調整機構と、 を備え、少なくとも回動アームの前・後両回動端
    付近ではシリンダ圧を上昇させ、前記回動アーム
    に印加される重量以上としたことを特徴とするワ
    ーク搬送装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載の装置にお
    いて、バランスシリンダのシリンダ圧を回動アー
    ムの前・後両回動端付近では、前記回動アームに
    印加される重量の約１．５〜３倍とし、回動アー
    ムが中央付近を回動中には、前記重量とほぼ同一
    としたことを特徴とするワーク搬送装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)，(2)記載の装
    置において、テーブルはフレームに対して上下摺
    動自在に保持され、該テーブルに駆動モータが取
    付固定されたことを特徴とするワーク搬送装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)〜(3)記載の装
    置において、圧力調整機構は回動アームの回転状
    態は回動アームと連動した半円状カムにて検出し
    、該半円状カムとリリーフバルブのプランジヤー
    との接触状態によりシリンダ圧を調整することを
    特徴とするワーク搬送装置。
