The sash frame is a rectangular frame consisting of an upper sash frame material, a lower sash frame material, and a pair of sash rigid frame materials, and foreign objects may collide with the sash frame materials when transporting or installing the sash frame. If the sash frame gets scratched and is visible when the sash frame is installed, the sash frame will look bad.

In addition, other sash frame materials constituting the sash frame A,
For example, in order to adhere a film to a pair of sash frame members C and C, as shown in FIGS. A fixed curing unit 4'' and a movable curing unit 4 similar to those described above are disposed facing each other at an intermediate position thereof, and when the above-mentioned sash frame A is conveyed to the top of the lifting mechanism 2, the lifting mechanism 2 is lowered and the sash frame A is placed on the rubber roller 5, the sash frame A is turned 90 degrees and conveyed in the direction of the arrow. As shown in Fig. 3, the films B'', B are glued to the pair of sash stiffeners C, C. The movable curing unit 4'' is attached according to the width between the pair of sash stiffeners C, C. I am trying to move it.

In addition, in the above embodiments, films B, B',
As shown in Figure 3, sash upper frame material a, sash lower frame material b, and a pair of sash rigid frame materials C and C are shown in Fig. 3.
The outer parts of the sash upper frame material, the sash lower frame material B, and the pair of sash rigid frame materials C and C were glued to the inside part of the sash frame A so that they protruded inward. This is because the outer part of the film is covered with scratches, so even if the outer part is scratched, it can be seen visually. The reason why the film protrudes inward is to ensure that the inner part can be covered with the film even if there is a dimensional error. This is to do so.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the pair of conveyance chains 3, 3 convey in the direction of arrow A, and the rubber roller 5 conveys in the direction of arrow B, but this is because the conveyance chain 3 is conveyed in the direction of arrow B, rather than moving the rubber roller 5 up and down. It is structurally simpler to move it up and down, and the rubber roller 5 is used to avoid interference with the lifting mechanism 2 when the sash frame A is placed on the rubber roller 5 by the lifting mechanism 2. Alternatively, both may be used as a conveyor chain or as rubber rollers.
