係合させたハンガー6と、このハンガー6を常時
付勢するスプリング7と、またこのハンガー6に
固着した施錠杆8を設け、この施錠杆8は回動カ
ム5を解錠方向に回動させながらハンガー6を後
退させたとき、スプリング7に抗してシヤフト1
に嵌装したパイプ9の割溝9′から離脱するの
で、このシヤフト1とハンドルBが共に回動す
る。
