Traditionally, assembly-type cooking utensil stands have mainly had a relatively simple structure due to the hassle of assembly, and are generally used by placing one type of cooking utensil on top of the storage compartment. It is true.

With the recent increase in the number of cooking utensils in the kitchen, there is an increasing need to use kitchen space effectively, and even a single stand is required to have a structure that can incorporate two or more types of cooking utensils. . Furthermore, in addition to incorporating cooking utensils, there is also a demand for increased storage space for small tableware, food items, etc. At present, there are very few types of stands that meet these demands, and they are inevitably large. As a result, they tended to be expensive. By adopting the assembly method even for such a large-sized stand, each component can be disassembled and packaged separately, which has the advantage of reducing transportation and storage costs.

Small tableware and food items in the kitchen come in a variety of shapes and colors, and in order to store and organize them, it is desirable to install doors and lids on the storage areas to hide the clutter inside. Regarding this point, an open type stand could not deal with this problem. Therefore, it is common for the storage section to be provided with a door. That is, the above-mentioned requirements can be met by providing a storage section with doors above and below the cooking utensils placed thereon, but the heat and water vapor discharged outside the cooking utensils while the cooking utensils are in use are In addition, the inner wall of the stand or the back of the shelf may be altered,
Or there was a malfunction, such as overheating and creating a dangerous situation. Attempts have been made to solve these problems by making the back of the shelf on which cooking utensils are open. There were some problems, such as easy to get dirty. In addition, eliminating the back plate caused problems such as a decrease in the structural strength of the stand itself.

The present invention is a table that incorporates a large cooking utensil and a small cooking utensil one above the other, and further has a storage section above and below the cooking utensil. An opening that communicates vertically is provided at the rear of each shelf board for mounting and the upper storage section.
The purpose of this upwardly discharging structure is to solve the above-mentioned problems.

FIG. 1 shows the completed assembly of the assembly type stand of this embodiment. A middle shelf 5 is provided on which a relatively large cooking device such as a microwave oven is placed, and a lower shelf 6 is provided below which a relatively small cooking device such as a rice cooker or a toaster oven is placed. Storage parts 7 and 8 are provided above and below.

As is clear from Fig. 2, there are a total of five boards from top to bottom that make up the storage section and shelves, and these are fixed to the side plates 2 and 3 with screws 9, etc., and the back plate 4
The assembly sequence is to attach the upper and lower storage compartment doors.

The upper storage part 7 has a flip-up door 11 attached via a removable hinge 10, and the lower storage part 8 is a drawer, with a slightly shallow drawer body 12 and a drawer front plate 13 that is slightly taller than this, which are removable. After assembling, the assembly is completed by inserting it onto the rails provided in advance on the side plates 2 and 3.

The middle shelf 5 is also a partition plate between cooking utensils placed at the bottom and cooking utensils placed at the top, and an opening is provided at the rear of the middle shelf for discharging heat, steam, etc. generated from the cooking utensils at the bottom upwards. There are 14. The upper storage part 7 has openings 17 and 18 at the rear of both the bottom plate 15 and the top plate 16, and further has an independent storage part back plate 19.

Generally, the water vapor generated by cooking utensils has a high temperature and tends to rise together with the exhaust heat, and is discharged upward through openings 14, 17, and 18 provided at the rear. Cooking appliances that are mainly operated from the front, such as toaster ovens, microwave ovens, and electric ovens, often have an exhaust port or the like on the rear surface, and discharging the gas will be smoother if the opening is provided at the rear of the stand. However, it is not limited to cooking appliances that exhaust air to the rear, such as in rice cookers, and even in the case of cooking appliances such as those mentioned above, when the front door is opened after cooking, a large amount of heat and steam will escape from the front. Therefore, in addition to the rear exhaust, openings 1 are provided in each of the side plates 2 and 3 so that the exhaust can be discharged laterally.

By providing an opening 20 in the back plate 4 at a portion located approximately above the lower shelf 6, outside air is sucked in.
The rate of exhaustion due to natural convection of heat and steam can be accelerated.

The back plate 4 extends slightly above the upper housing bottom plate 15. This allows the rear wall surface to be hidden from view from the front. If the back plate 4 is extended to the top end of the stand, there is a possibility that something may be placed on the top plate 16 of the stand, blocking the discharge port 18 and making it impossible to discharge. To avoid this problem, the upper end of the back plate 4 was positioned slightly above the bottom plate 15 of the upper storage portion as described above. In addition, the storage compartment back plate 19 is fastened with screws or the like after the top plate 16, but since the top plate of the storage unit is not visible when in use, if items are placed while groping, the exhaust port 18
In order to prevent this, the storage back plate is extended upward by a slight amount l from the upper surface of the top plate 16.

In addition, the only way to fix the upper end of the back plate 4 is by screwing it to the rear of the left and right side plates 2 and 3, so if a thin material is used, the strength is low and problems such as unevenness are possible. A reinforcing material 21 is spread across the upper end of the plate 4 in the horizontal direction.

On the other hand, if the stand is made of combustible material (mainly wood), from the standpoint of fire prevention, it is necessary to attach a metal plate or other non-combustible material to the part that becomes the highest temperature due to heat from the cooking utensils. In this configuration, the parts that become hot are the lower surface of the middle shelf 5 and the lower surface of the upper storage bottom plate 15, and non-combustible materials 23 and 24 are respectively installed so as to slope upward toward the rear opening to ensure safety against heat. Not only can water vapor be removed more smoothly, but also water vapor can be discharged more smoothly.

(a) The openings 14, 17, and 18 at the rear of the middle shelf 5, the bottom plate 15 of the upper storage section, and the top plate 16, respectively, allow exhaust air and waste heat from the rear of the cooking utensils to be smoothly discharged to the upper side of the table. Since it does not remain in the mounting table, it is safe and the deterioration of the components of the mounting table can be prevented.
