Conventionally, wall panels and other building materials used in prefabricated houses are transported to the site either singly or in packs. Also, since it is not possible to pack too many pieces at the same time, container transportation is being considered. However, conventional containers have the problem of being bulky when returning empty containers to factories or storing them on site. Therefore, we devised a container that could be disassembled and reassembled freely, but there were still problems with the workability of taking out the cargo stored in the container.

FIG. 11 shows a container hanging tool 21. As shown in FIG. This hanging tool 21 includes a hanging tool main body 22 made of shaped steel, a plurality of arms 23 protruding from both sides at multiple locations in the longitudinal direction, and protrusions provided on the upper surface of the hanging tool main body 22 at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction. It consists of an arc-shaped hanging bracket 24. The arm 23 is formed by bending a steel rod into a triangular shape, and has an upward V-shaped hook portion 25 at the tip. The arm 23 is rotatably attached to the hanger main body 22 at its base end, and can be stored in a bent state along the web surface of the hanger main body 22. Reference numeral 26 denotes an arm fixing metal fitting that holds the arm 23 in an open state, one end of which is bent downward and engaged with a hole in the hanging tool main body 22, and the other end is bent downward into a V-shape and engaged with the arm 23. It matches.

How to use this container device will be explained. When assembling the container body 29, first
and the short floor slab 2 are connected by a hook piece 7 as shown in FIG. After this, a pair of gable walls 5 are erected at both ends of the floor (Figures 4 and 5). Next, the short side wall 4 and the long side wall 3 are attached to the hook pins 1 of the long floor slab 1 and the short floor slab 2.
2 and stand it up on floorboards 1 and 2 (Figures 6 and 7). However, the short side wall 4 is erected before the long side wall 3. The short side wall 4 and the long side wall 3 have hook pieces 15.
(FIG. 8) and to the end wall 5 by the joint pin 17 (FIG. 9). After the assembly is completed in this way, the unloading tool 18 is moved to the floor slab 1,
2, and the luggage 30 is loaded thereon. Baggage 30 is covered with a net. After loading is completed, a tie material 6 is stretched between the side walls 3 and 4 on both sides.

Explain about unloading. As shown in Figure 12,
Ropes 31 are hung at four of the eight hanging material engaging parts 28 provided on the container body 29, and the container is lifted up and unloaded by a crane 32. In this case, balance is achieved by changing the combination of the hanging material engaging portions 28 on which the rope 31 is hung.

A description will be given of how to take out the cargo 30 from the container body 29. First, as shown in Fig. 13, the crane 32
Then, the hanging tool 21 is lifted up by hanging two ropes 33. Next, the four unloading tools 18 installed inside the container body 29 are hooked onto the hooks 25 at the tips of the arms 23 of the lifting tool 21, and the crane 3
2 to move the cargo 30 from the container body 29.
Float only. If the balance cannot be maintained, change the combination of the hanging brackets 24 to keep the load 30 horizontal. If the cargo 30 cannot be easily removed from the container body 29, part of the side walls 3 and 4 of the container body 29 is removed and the cargo 30 is lifted up without difficulty. In this case, each of the side walls 3 and 4 can be removed by tilting outwards, so unlike a removable type, the cargo 30 can be easily removed while remaining in the container body 29. In this manner, by placing the cargo unloading tool 18 in the container body 29 in advance, the cargo 30 can be easily removed from the container body 29. The cargo unloading tool 18 has a simple structure because it has a rope-like flexible hanging tool 20 inserted through a square pipe 19. Moreover, since the flexible hanging tool 20 can be bent freely, it does not get in the way when not in use. The cargo 30 lifted by the crane 32 is placed next to the container main body 29 and lowered onto a tree 33. When the removal of the cargo 30 is completed, the container body 29 is disassembled. Disassembly can be easily carried out by reversing the assembly procedure described above. In this way, the empty container main body 29 can be easily disassembled, so it can be stored on site in a disassembled state, which is convenient for storage and transportation without being bulky. For example, the container main body 29 can be left in a disassembled state at the site until the completion date, and then returned to the factory etc. together with other tools and the like.
