合、本体2を固定側にあるチヤツク4等で挾持
し、これを回転せしめ、刃具5により加工する。
この場合本体2はチヤツク4に形成される回り止
め用爪4a等により拘持されて加工されるが、回
転軸3は本体2に枢支されているため加工中でも
自由に自転し得る状態にある。又、回転軸3と本
体2側とに介在される軸受(図示せず)等には若
干の間隙が形成されている。このため加工時には
どうしてもビレ(微少振動)が発生する。ビレが
発生したまま加工すると、取付用座2aが精度よ
く加工できないのみならず、加工効率が低下し、
かつ、回転体1そのものの寿命を低下せしめる欠
点が生ずる。
