回転操作部と、 紙管を切断するカツター刃を上記紙管回転操作
部に沿つて移動位置決めするカツター刃移動装置
と、上記カツター刃を所定の条件のもとで上記紙
管に押圧するカツター刃押圧装置とよりなるカツ
ター操作部と、 紙管の切断完了を上記のマンドレルとカツター
刃との接触で電気的に検出する検出装置と を有する紙管切断機。 (2) 上記凹凸係合部における凸部をスプリング
