Claims (1)
- １つの駆動源で真円回転する研磨円板と光フア
イバを支持する揺動アームとからなる端面研磨機
において、研磨円板の回転数に対する揺動アーム
の揺動数（研磨円板の駆動歯車と揺動アームの揺
動歯車の歯数比）の関係が割り切れない端数比に
設定したことを特徴とする光フアイバなどの端面
研磨機。
