Claims (1)
- アーム支持部材１と、このアーム支持部材１に
対して回転又は回動可能に支持されたアーム２と
、このアーム２を駆動するための減速駆動機構３
とを有して成り、上記減速駆動機構３は、モータ
等の回転駆動源５と、その出力軸６に取着された
ピニオン７と、このピニオン７に噛合うフエース
ギア８とを有し、上記回転駆動源５を上記アーム
支持部材１とアーム２とのいずれか一方に取着し
、上記フエースギア８をその他方に連結している
ことを特徴とするロボツトのアーム駆動機構。
