Claims (1)
- バンパカバー及びこのバンパカバーの剛性を補
強するバンパリーンホースメントを合成樹脂製と
すると共に両者を振動溶着により接合してなる自
動車の樹脂バンパ構造において、前記バンパカバ
ー及びバンパリーンホースメントの一方の接合部
に、外側に拡開するテーパ状の溝部を形成すると
共に、他方の接合部に、前記溝部に挿入嵌合され
る先細の突出部を形成し、前記溝部の対向面にお
いて、前記突出部と接合するようにし、且つ、前
記溝部の対向面のうち外側の面及び該外側の面に
接合される突出部の外側面の少なくとも一方に、
振動溶接時の溶融カスを受容する凹部を形成した
ことを特徴とする自動車の樹脂バンパ構造。
