Claims (1)
- バンパカバー及びこのバンパカバーの剛性を補
強するバンパリーンホースメントを合成樹脂製と
すると共に両者を振動溶着により接合してなり、
且つ、前記バンパカバー及びバンパリーンホース
メントに前後方向に整列するエアインレツト部を
備えた自動車の樹脂バンパ構造において、前記バ
ンパカバー及びバンパリーンホースメントのエア
インレツト部の周壁における対向する後端及び前
端の一方に、外側に拡開するテーパ状の溝部を形
成すると共に、他方に、前記溝部に挿入嵌合され
る先細の突出部を形成し、前記溝部の対向面にお
いて、前記突出部と振動溶着するようにしたこと
を特徴とする自動車の樹脂バンバ構造。
