Fishing nets, nets for golf driving ranges, etc. often require a wide net fabric, and in such cases, the nets are lined with thick threads called power threads or double threads at appropriate intervals. The constructed reinforcing mesh rows are necessary for strength as well as for convenience in tailoring.

In the case of knitting knotted nets, the warp threads of the knitting machine flow in a staggered manner between the left and right weft threads, forming knots while manufacturing the net fabric, so that the net fabric can be created with warp threads arranged vertically at arbitrary positions. However, in the case of penetrating knotless net fabrics, a net fabric in which force threads are placed outside the edges of the net fabric is known from the specification of Patent No. 148179.
This is because the thick threads that serve as tension threads are arranged in a diagonal manner on the mesh fabric, and in the staggered knotless mesh, the mesh fabric in which tension threads are inserted along the mesh row is used in the Jikkosho 12-1562.
As is known from the publication, all of the net yarns that make up the net fabric are continuously folded back in a zigzag pattern for each net leg. It is a thick yarn, and the number of twists must be smaller than other net yarns, so it is difficult to find a concrete and effective reinforcing mesh row for the penetrating knotless net fabrics that are generally put into practical use. The net formed is unknown, but when a wide net is required with a penetrating knotless net, the nets made separately are connected edge to edge by inserting force threads. It must be used and requires many means.

In addition, the above-mentioned patent No. 148179 specification and Utility Model Publication No. 12
- According to the description in Publication No. 1562, since a thick strand is used as the power thread, the length of winding around the weight is short, and the machine has to stop frequently to change the thread of the weight in this part. This reduces net-making efficiency, and in the technology of Patent No. 148179, plied yarn strands are used for the unreinforced portions of the net yarn, so most of this net fabric is made of high-cost strands that require a lot of twisting processes. In addition, with the technology of Utility Model Publication No. 12-1562, the number of twists of the thick power yarn must be smaller than that of other net yarns, and this causes the rotation of the spindle of the net making machine to slow down. In order to reduce this, the gear ring had to be replaced, and this work was required every time the thickness of the net thread of the net fabric changed, which was a difficult task, and it was not until 40 years after the invention.
The reality is that it has not been put into practical use until now, more than a year ago.

The present invention was made in view of these circumstances, and solves the conventional problems with a simple configuration.
A knotless mesh fabric is provided in the required area with a reinforcing mesh row in which the mesh threads of all the mesh legs are composed of three common threads of the mesh constituent threads over one stitch width or one stitch and half width. The purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing it rationally and at low cost.

The configuration of the present invention that solves the problems of the prior art is as follows:
All of the threads constituting the net of the penetrating knotless net, which is made up of the net legs of the threads made by twisting two strands, pass through the reinforcing mesh rows in the required areas of the mesh to the end side of the reinforcing mesh rows. Fold back at the knitting joint and make two net legs.
Alternatively, it passes through the reinforcing mesh row again for three mesh legs, turns back again at the knot on the other end side of the reinforcing mesh row, and passes through the reinforcing mesh row again in the flow direction of the original mesh yarn. By doing so, a reinforcing mesh row of one stitch width or one stitch and a half width consisting of three net fabric constituent threads is formed at a predetermined portion of the mesh fabric.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
A and B are known through-knot knotless mesh portions made of yarns made by twisting two strands together. The net fabric A,
The mesh threads flowing from the upper right to the lower left, for example, 1, 2, and 3, which constitute part B, pass through the reinforcing mesh row in the central part C and are folded back at the joints on the left end side of the reinforcing mesh row C. Pass through the reinforcing mesh row C in the lower right direction again by two mesh legs, or three mesh legs in FIG. It continues to flow directly to the lower left.

On the other hand, the mesh thread flowing from the upper left to the lower right, for example 4,
5 and 6 pass through the reinforcing mesh row in the center part C and are folded back at the right end joint part of the reinforcing mesh row C, respectively, to form two mesh legs in Fig. 1 and three mesh legs in Fig. 2. Pass through the reinforcing mesh row C again in the lower left direction to the reinforcing mesh row C
It turns back again at the knot on the left end side, passes through the reinforcing mesh row C again, and flows as it is in the lower right direction. The intersecting parts of the mesh threads combine the strands one above the other without tying knots.

In this way, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, as shown by C in the figure, the net fabric constituent yarns 1, 2, 3,
It is possible to provide a knotless net that forms a reinforcing mesh row of one stitch width or one stitch and half width, which is made up of net legs of three net fabric constituent yarns such as 4, 5, 6, etc.

As described above, according to the present invention, for the penetrating knotless net fabric generally used by fishermen, the reinforcement mesh rows are formed and arranged by rational means, and the required number of the net fabric is improved by using the net yarn itself that constitutes the net fabric. It can be applied to certain places, and there is no need to manually twist the force threads afterwards, and the reinforcing mesh rows can be formed using only the threads that make up the fabric.
Unlike the reinforcing yarn-containing net in Publication No. 1562, strands of the same length can be wound around the weight without using threads that are thicker than the yarns that make up the net, making it possible to change yarns all at once, making it possible to mass-produce wide nets industrially. It has great practical effects as it can be supplied at low cost.

The reason why the flow of the mesh threads constituting the net fabric was made to flow backward by two or three legs to form a reinforcing mesh row is to reinforce the type of mesh fabric, and the range of the reinforcing mesh row is one stitch width, Alternatively, one stitch and a half width is sufficient, and there is no need to provide any more reinforcing mesh rows.

1. All of the threads constituting the net of the penetrating knotless net, which is made up of the net legs of yarns made by twisting two strands, pass through the reinforcing mesh rows in the required parts of the mesh to the end side of the reinforcing mesh rows. It is folded back at the knitting point where it has reached, passes through the reinforcing mesh row again for 2 or 3 mesh legs, and is folded back again at the knitting point on the other end side of the reinforcing mesh row to form the original mesh thread. By passing through the reinforcing mesh rows again and again in the flow direction of the mesh, one stitch width consisting of three mesh constituent yarns is applied to the desired part of the mesh.
Alternatively, a method for producing a knotless net is characterized in that a reinforcing mesh row of one stitch and a half width is formed.
