Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the quality of printing by using a resin sheet for the stopper of an armature. CONSTITUTION:A positioning hole is provided in the stopper 4 of a resin sheet. A supporter 8 and a cover 7 are fixed with a presser spring 6 to the stopper 4. An armature 1 is pressingly contacted with the stopper 4 by a spring 5. Since a synthetic resin sheet is used for the stopper 4, the rocking stroke of printing wires is uniform in the circumferential direction, and therefore printing can be concurrently made by a plurality of printing wires, when the wires can reach a printing paper at the same time; thereby, avoiding the bias of dots due to the difference of arrival ties of the wires. Also, because of uniform strokes, the final speeds of the wires can be equalized and uniform printing can be attained.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration, the stopper is a resin molded product, and its dimensional properties are affected by molding conditions.
There was a problem in that the thickness and elasticity of the portion in contact with the armature were not constant in the circumferential direction, which deteriorated printing quality.

This is because when multiple printing wires print at the same time, if the thickness and elasticity of the stopper 9 differs in the circumferential direction, the swing stroke will change, making the arrival time to the printing paper uneven, but the printing head Since printing is performed while moving on the printing paper, deviations in the arrival time of the printing wire cause the dots to shift, reducing printing quality. In addition, if the stroke is not uniform, the final speed of the printing wire changes, causing the printing pressure to change. This means that variations occur and print quality deteriorates.
