Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (発明の目的) 本発明は繊維方向の直交方向に搬送される小巾
のベニヤ単板の不良個所を検知してこれを切断場
所まで搬送した後にその搬送を休止して有寸巾に
切断し、更にその切断場所で先に搬送を停止して
待機している先行単板の後端面に前記切断された
後続単板の先端面を密に衝合すると共に、その衝
合部に繋合材料を貼着してすだれ状の横はぎ単板
に繋合した後にその搬送を再開するように構成さ
れた単板横はぎ機、所謂端面衝合場所が有寸切断
場所だけの1個所に固定されている間欠式単板横
はぎ機に於ける定尺切断装置の改良に係るもので
あつて、その目的とする所はこの種端面衝合場所
が有寸切断場所だけの1個所に固定されている間
欠式単板横はぎ機では、生産された横はぎ単板を
定尺クリツパーにより定尺寸法に切断する際にそ
の間欠搬送動作による速度変動の影響を定尺切断
時に大きく受けてその定尺切断精度が著しく変動
して低位なものであつた。それにこの種の装置は
従来周知の速度変動による影響を廻避する定尺切
断精度向上のための先行技術である、例えば実公
昭54−10075号、特公昭56−28682号等のような端
面衝合場所を2個所に切換えて端末搬送速度の一
定化を図つてその速度変動による影響を廻避する
定尺切断精度を向上する先行技術の応用がその1
個所だけの端面衝合場所のため実施出来なかつた
ものを根本的に改良したものであつて、即ち本発
明は前記1個所だけの端面衝合場所と横はぎ単板
の定尺切断場所との間にその工程長さを前記横は
ぎ単板に作用する張力により伸縮自在に装置した
調整コンベアを配設して、該調整コンベアを搬出
コンベア上のピンチローラーの引張作用によつて
伸縮制御することによつて余分に放出され、及び
余分に収納される横はぎ単板の搬送量の自動調整
機能によつて端末搬送速度の一定化を図ることに
よつて、前記定尺クリツパーによる定尺切断精度
を格段に向上し得るように装置したものである。

らなる有寸クリツパーの切断場所まで搬送した
後にその搬送を休止して有寸巾に切断し、更にそ
の切断場所で先に搬送を休止して待機している先
行単板の後端面に前記切断された後続単板の先端
面を密に衝合すると共に、その衝合部にホツトメ
ルト接着糸等の繋合材料5を貼着器6により寸断
して、または連続的に貼着してすだれ状に連接さ
れた横はぎ単板7に繋合した後にその搬送を再開
するように構成された、端面衝合場所が切断場所
の1個所に固定されている間欠式単板横はぎ機に
於て、該単板横はぎ機により生産されて搬出され
る横はぎ単板7の長さを搬出コンベア8上に架設
した定尺スイツチ9により検知して所望の定尺寸
法に切断するローラーアンビル10a上に対峙し
た可動刃10bと、該可動刃10bを上下動自在
に装置したエアーシリンダー等の作動装置10c
と、該作動装置10cに1回だけの上下動信号を
発信する制御器10d等によつて構成されている
定尺クリツパー10を前記搬出コンベア8の手前
に配設する。また該定尺クリツパー10と前記単
板横はぎ機の有寸クリツパーとの間には、その
工程長さを搬出過程の横はぎ単板7に作用する張
力により伸縮自在に装置した、例えば図示のよう
に固定プーリー11a,11b,11cと、テン
シヨンプーリー11d、11eのそれぞれに懸架
したベルト11fと、前記テンシヨンプーリー1
1d,11eのそれぞれに装着したカウンターウ
エイト等の張力調整装置11g,11h等によつ
て構成されている調整コンベア11を配設する。
次にまた前記定尺スイツチ9の手前に間欠駆動さ
れる前記搬入コンベア1及び調整コンベア11
起動立ち上り時間に見合の搬送距離に相当する所
定距離lを隔てた位置にピンチローラー12a,
12bを架設して搬出コンベア8上の横はぎ単板
7を該搬出コンベア8の速度に同調して所定距離
lを連続駆動で搬送する。この場合前段に装置さ
れた単板横はぎ機の搬送動作が休止されておる時
は、都度搬送過程の横はぎ単板7に作用する張力
により前記調整コンベア11の工程長さを所定距
離l相当分短縮してその余分に収納されている横
はぎ単板7を搬送路上に放出する。そしてまた前
記定尺クリツパー10の定尺切断動作によつて横
はぎ単板7がその直下で分断されれば該横はぎ単
板7に作用していた張力も消失するので前記調整
コンベア11の工程長さが再び伸長側に発動され
て搬送路上の横はぎ単板7を所定距離l相当分だ
け余分に収納するように自動調整されるものであ
る。
