Conventionally, each producer takes samples of selected fruits brought to a joint fruit sorting facility at a certain rate, and an evaluator evaluates and appraises them based on these samples. There is a system that evaluates and scores the total amount brought in based on the data obtained by counting or weighing using a sampling machine and calculating the proportions of each class. Another method is to use a dial-type indicator scale on the weighing machine of the weighing and packaging equipment to visually read the number of boxes packed and the remaining amount less than one box (fractional weight) for each consignment, and calculate the weight by grade. There are also some methods of calculating and creating data.

In addition, with the method of sorting each consignment and visually reading the weighed weight with a dial indicator scale, it takes some time to finish reading the 15 to 20 weighing machines, and during that time, the selected fruits of the next consignment are not selected. Since the fruit cannot be flushed, the loss time that occurs each time the consignment is changed is large, especially in large-scale fruit sorting plants that sort 200 to 300 consignments a day. This resulted in 300 minutes of lost time, which inevitably reduced the operating efficiency of the fruit sorting facility.

The present invention was made to eliminate these drawbacks, and the system selects the entire amount brought in rather than a sampling sample, processes the results on a computer, and evaluates and scores each consignment based on the net weight data. For this purpose, an electronic scale is installed in the packaging device installed at the end of the flow of selected fruits, and when a reload signal is received by the electronic scale, the computer can instantly check the boxed items. To provide a device which reads and integrates the weight of selected fruits and the weight of the remaining amount (fractional amount) less than one box, and minimizes loss time caused by changing loads.

The interval between the previous consignment and the subsequent consignment controlled by the receiving and supplying section is determined by the computer reading the remaining weight on the electronic scale based on the reload signal at the end of the flow of selected fruits, that is, at the weighing and packaging device. After that, the next consignment may be placed in the box on the electronic scale, so the layout of each facility is determined so that the end point of the flow is only slightly apart.

At the same time as the selected fruit in the consignment being weighed and boxed (injected) in each weighing and packing device 12 finishes flowing, or in response to a reloading signal that is sent shortly, the computer 14 uses its electronic scale 13 to select the fruit that is being weighed and boxed. The remaining fractional weight of less than one box is read, and the total weight of the parcel is calculated for each electronic scale from the weight of the selected fruits that have already been boxed and weighed and sent out and the remaining fractional weight. Furthermore, the computer 14 calculates the total cumulative weight of the consignment by adding up the calculated weights for each grade class (each electronic scale), performs other necessary arithmetic processing, and prints and issues the data on a slip. Other methods include recording on tape.

In addition, the above-mentioned other necessary calculation processing is based on the weight brought in, and the amount of spoilage during the sorting process.
Since the out-of-grade products excluded due to scratches and other defects will reduce the yield weight, the yield rate after removing these out-of-grade products is calculated from the brought-in weight and the output weight, and the yield rate is determined by each fruit sorting facility. It is to perform calculations according to the display items of the received slip.

The weighing weight reading by the computer 14 using the reload signal 16 is carried out instantaneously for each electronic scale, and then
Since the system switches to the receiving mode for the next consignment, the weighing and packing equipment section is not allowed to receive the next consignment after a short interval, so there is an extremely large amount of lost time due to temporary suspension of the consignment change. It becomes less.

In addition, in the grading manual sorting section, the change of consignment is displayed on the display device 17 in synchronization with the flow of selected fruits, so that at the exit of the grading manual sorter 8, the rear end of the previous consignment and the subsequent consignment are displayed. The grading hand sorter judges whether the distance between the grading hand sorter 8 and the front end of the grading hand sorting machine 8 is appropriate, and if it is too close and there is a risk of contamination, the grading hand sorter 8
and each machine in the preceding process is temporarily stopped and controlled to provide the necessary interval.

Every time the signal reaches each outlet (each electronic scale) that is the end of the flow of selected fruits, the boxed weight of the selected fruits sent to that outlet is instantly read and the cargo is packed into boxes according to its grade. The total weight, the total weight of the fruit sorted, and the yield rate after removing out-of-grade products are calculated to provide fruit sorting data based on actual weight, so each producer can be satisfied with fruit sorting data based on actual weight. Not only can a proper evaluation be obtained, but also the next consignment may arrive at the weighing and packaging device section after a short interval, so the loss time for changing consignments can be extremely reduced.

In addition, the present invention inputs the weight of one consignment as data into a computer, and uses the computer to calculate the yield rate by removing out-of-grade products from the total boxed weight of selected fruits after sorting in that consignment. As a result, the rate of defective products such as rotten fruit and damaged fruit can be determined, and producers can refer to this and plan to reduce the number of defective products.

Furthermore, the present invention uses an electronic scale at the end of each branch for each grade class to measure the total weight of the selected fruit for each consignment, so the fruit sorting device installed in the grade sorting process is a sieve or the like. It can also be used in shape sorting machines that do not weigh individual fruits, such as drum-type fruit sorters and belt-type fruit sorters that pass through holes in a large number of fruits at once.
