First, as a general process, pre-washing or pre-soaking is performed for the purpose of assisting the main washing, although it may be omitted in some cases. In the case of pre-washing shown in FIG. 2A, normally only the mechanical force of jetting cold water from the nozzles 2 and 3 is applied to once wash away the dirt that falls off with water.
This is to ensure that the power of the detergent works effectively during the next main wash (works only on dirt that did not come off with water). It has no effect. Further, since pre-washing requires a large mechanical force (water pressure) during washing, there is also the problem that noise such as the collision noise of the motor, pump 4, and water is large. In the case of pre-soaking, there are methods such as soaking the cloth in water before the main washing (this is often done during hand washing as shown in Figure 2B) or applying steam as shown in Figure 2A. This has the effect that in the case of items to be cleaned that are difficult to remove dirt, the dirt swells and becomes easier to remove during main washing, which tends to lead to a reduction in detergent power, labor saving, and time saving during main washing. Furthermore, the greater the pre-soaking effect, the more labor-saving the main washing can be as described above. Furthermore, in order to increase this pre-soaking effect, it is widely known that hot water is more effective than cold water, and that detergent is even more effective. However, in conventional presoaking, for example, when immersed in water, detergent can be easily added, but because a large amount of water is used, a large amount of energy and time is required to raise the water temperature, and overall In other words, it does not lead to much labor-saving or time-saving. In addition, when pre-soaking with steam, etc., the detergent is not added, so the effectiveness is halved, and if the composition is not taken into consideration, for example, if there is a place exposed to very high temperature steam (70 to 80 degrees Celsius or higher), the effect will be reduced by half. On the other hand, there were problems such as the texture may harden and become difficult to remove.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 3, there is a washing tank 10 that accommodates the objects to be washed, and a water sprinkling device consisting of nozzles 11 and 12 that spray or scatter the washing liquid onto the dishes while being rotated by hydraulic power and apply chemical and mechanical force to the objects to be washed. into the cleaning tank 10, and a pump 13 that pumps water to the nozzles 11 and 12 in the cleaning tank 1.
They are provided at the bottom of each area outside of 0. Also cleaning tank 10
There is a recess 14 at the bottom of the recess 14, and a heating element 15 is attached to the outer periphery of the recess 14. Further, this recess 14 is connected to a pump 13 through a pipe 16, so that the pump 13 circulates cleaning liquid or water. Reference numeral 17 denotes a blower for generating bubbles by forcefully feeding air into the cleaning liquid stored in the recess 14. A valve 18 is provided in the passage to prevent the liquid from flowing backward, forming a bubble generating device. 19 is cleaning tank 1
Excessive bubbles are also discharged through the air vent provided above. 20 is a pump for drainage.

Next, the operation will be explained based on the above configuration. FIG. 4 is a diagram of the cleaning process, showing that the cleaning process is first performed with foam presoaking at a high temperature of 50 to 60°C, followed by main washing, and then rinsing and drying. First, when water accumulates in the recess 14 of the cleaning tank 10 up to the A side, the heating element 15 is automatically energized and detergent is added at the same time. This detergent is a foaming detergent. When this cleaning liquid reaches a high temperature of 50℃ to 60℃, valve 1
8 is opened, air preheated to 50° C. to 60° C. is sent by the blower 17, and bubbles are sequentially generated in the cleaning tank 1, and the bubbles pass between the objects to be cleaned and continue rising. When the cleaning tank 1 is completely filled, the foam is discharged to the outside from the air vent hole 19 according to the amount of foam generated. During this process, the items to be cleaned come into contact with foam containing a high concentration of detergent, and dirt is removed, or the foam bursts and a high concentration of detergent adheres to the tableware, and its chemical action removes the dirt. or weaken the bond. Also, unlike other presoaks (such as soaking), foam is constantly expanding, moving, and bursting, so some mechanical force is also generated.
In foam presoaking, the binding adhesion of contaminants is considerably weakened. Next, this detergent liquid is drained, and instead, detergent (defoaming detergent) and water are added up to the B side, and the pump 13 is moved while being heated by the heating element 15, and the cleaning liquid is spouted from the nozzles 11 and 12. ,
By hitting the object to be cleaned, a main washing process is performed in which dirt is completely removed using chemical and mechanical forces. In this way, in the case of the embodiment of the present invention, the effect of presoaking is much greater than that of conventional prewashing and presoaking, and dirt is easier to remove, so the detergent power (concentration and alkalinity) during main washing is extremely It is also possible to eliminate the need for detergent. Also, mechanical power (injection pressure, water volume)
Even if you reduce the amount of water or lower the temperature of the cleaning solution to a certain degree, it is possible to completely clean it. At the same time, the time required can be shortened, leading to labor savings. In addition, lowering the water pressure or reducing the amount of water allows the use of smaller heating elements, pumps, and motors, which reduces noise, reduces costs, and saves space and energy.

In addition, as another example, as shown in FIG.
After adding detergent and pre-soaking, if you simply add anti-foaming agent and water without draining the water, you can supply and drain water during the transition from pre-soak to main washing, and then use the heating element to adjust the temperature. Compared to raising the temperature, the time for draining water and heating the water can be shortened, and the time can be further shortened.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the washer of the present invention performs pre-soaking with foam especially in the process before main washing, so that: A small amount of cleaning liquid can be spread over the entire object to be cleaned, and since there is some mechanical force, it has a great effect of weakening the bonding force of dirt, making it possible to save labor and time during main washing.
