【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は食器を洗浄する食器洗浄機に関し、特に洗浄槽
の貯水によりスチームを発生して該スチームを食器に接
触させるスチーム工程、食器を本洗浄する本洗浄工程等
を行ない効率の良い食器洗浄を行ない得るようにした食
器洗浄機に関するものである。

スチーム工程時洗浄槽の貯水位を本洗浄工程時よりも低
水位に設定したことにより、洗浄槽の貯水を加熱するも
短時間で効率よくスチームを発生させることができ、勿
論スチーム発生装置の構成も簡易なものでよく、極めて
実用的なものである。
