If there is a requirement for airtightness or watertightness for such piping penetrations, a 7-ohm filler 13 is installed around the penetration sleeve 12 to be set, then concrete is poured, and after the concrete hardens. After the Esaform 13 is removed, the short pipe 14 is welded to the penetrating sleeve 12. After that, the piping 16 is passed through the inside of the penetrating sleeve 12 and the boot rubber 15 is

To explain the installation method of the pipe penetration sleeve according to the present invention, first, during concrete pouring, the penetration sleeve 2 with a disk is set at a predetermined penetration point of the building wall 1, and after pouring the concrete, the disk (+1 penetration sleeve 2 A short pipe 4 having a diameter larger than that of the penetrating sleeve 2 is welded and fixed to the circular plate 3. Next, after inserting the pipe 5 into the pipe penetration part, one end of the rear boot rubber is fixed to the pipe 5. The other end is fixedly attached to the short pipe 4 by a band 7 via a buffer gasket 1-8.

Also, if you install the piping after setting the through sleeve as in the past, the piping may not be set in the center of the through sleeve due to installation errors, and it may be necessary to install the boot rubber even after installation. In the example, a short pipe whose diameter is larger than that of the through-sleeve is used, so it is possible to absorb construction errors in welding the disc of the through-sleeve and the short pipe, and it is difficult to install the boot rubber. Not really. Moreover, since the welding between the penetrating sleeve and the short pipe is in a straight-line shape, welding can be performed more easily than conventional butt welding, making it possible to simplify on-site work.

The method for installing the pipe penetration sleeve according to this embodiment is as follows: First, during concrete pouring, the disk 44 penetration sleeve 2 is set at a predetermined penetration point in the building wall 1, and after concrete pouring, the disk 44 penetration sleeve 20 is installed. A disk 10 of a short tube 9 with a disk having a diameter smaller than the diameter J of this penetrating sleeve 2 is welded and fixed to the circular root 3. Next, after the pipe 5 is inserted into the pipe penetration part, one end of the boot rubber 6 is fixed to the pipe 5, and the other end is fixed to the short pipe 9 with a band 7 via a buffer gasket 8.

The piping penetrating sleeve structure of this embodiment has airtightness and watertightness as well as the above-mentioned embodiments, which facilitates decontamination when contamination occurs, and also provides a simple appearance. In addition, since the disc of the penetrating sleeve and the disc of the short pipe are welded, construction errors can be absorbed, there is no difficulty in installing the boot rubber, and conventional butt welding is easy. This makes it possible to weld to the surface, simplifying on-site work.
