造に係る。

図に示すようなものである。すなわち、これら図

削砥石dが取り付けられており、この研削砥石d
は水平に延長する前記駆動軸cの回転に伴い、
ほゞ垂直な面内で回転駆動されるのである。eは
前記筐体aの下底部に設けられた給水口、fは排
水口であつて、前記筐体aには窓口gがあけられ
ており、作業者はこの窓口gから台i上の被研削
模型hを筐体a内に差込み、前記電動機bによつ
て回転駆動される研削砥石dに前記台i上の被研
削模型hを押し付けて所望の研削作業を行うので
ある。この研削作業の際に発生する粉末の飛散を
防ぐために、給水口eから前記筐体a内に水を注
入して、この水を研削砥石dにかけるのである。
このような従来法の欠点は主として次の通りであ
る。すなわち、 研削時に発生した粉末が、水でべとついて被
研削模型の歯牙の部分に付着し、剥離し難くな
る。

れ、前記粉末飛散防止カバー26の存在ともあい
まつて、作業場所のまわりに粉末を飛散させるお
それがないのである。そして、この考案によれ
ば、研削面が平板状と円環状との二様に構成され
ているので、例えば第4図a,b,cに示す種々
の形状の被研削模型27において、従来において
は研削不可能であるか、又は細部を研削できる装
置を使用しなければ研削不可能であつた面、すな
わち第4図bの内側Bや、第4図cの基底部Cに
おいても、この考案によるトリマの前記円環状の
研削面を使用することにより、細部に亘つて刻明
に研削できる。また被研削模型27を平面的に荒
く研削する場合においても、この考案によるトリ
マの前記平板状の研削面を使用することにより容
易に研削することができる。したがつて、一台の
トリマで、平面的に荒く研削することも、細部に
亘つて刻明に研削することも、単に蓋板の取外し
のみで容易にすることができ、荒削り及び細部削
りの作業性をより向上することができる。またそ
れぞれの荒削り及び細部削りの装置を用意する場
合に比べより経済的で、かつ設置場所も少なくて
すむ等の効果を有するものである。
