Next, to explain the operation, when the required temperature of mixed water is set with a setting knob (not shown) and the faucet 10 is opened, the flow rate switch 6 detects the flow, the burner 16 starts combustion, and the mixing valve 5, high-temperature water from the hot water pipe 7 side and regular water from the water supply pipe 3 side flow to form mixed water and hot water is supplied. At this time, the temperature sensor 11 constantly detects the temperature of the mixed water, and when the hot water temperature is lower than the setting value of the setting knob, the flow rate ratio of high temperature water from the hot water pipe 7 to the mixing valve 5 is increased. The motor 8 is driven to raise the hot water temperature. Conversely, when the hot water supply temperature is higher than the setting value of the setting knob, the motor 8 is driven so that the flow rate ratio of high temperature water from the hot water pipe 7 to the mixing valve 5 is reduced, lowering the hot water supply temperature and achieving the desired temperature. It can be used to supply hot water.

In this way, the conventional water heater is provided with a stirring section 13 consisting of a plurality of fixed plates 12 on the downstream side of the mixing valve 5 in order to eliminate temperature unevenness of the mixed water, and a flow rate switch 6 is also installed in the piping. Therefore, the flow path resistance increases, and in order to supply a large amount of hot water, the water supply pipe 3 and the hot water pipe 7 have to be made thicker.

Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 2. In FIG. 2, 101 indicates a heat source device, and inside the heat source device 101 there is a water supply pipe 103 to which a city water pipe 102 is piped, and the water supply pipe 103 is branched into a heat exchanger 104 side and a mixing valve 105 side. ing. Hot water pipe 106 from heat exchanger 104 is piped to mixing valve 105 . This mixing valve 105
The mixing ratio of high temperature water and normal water is adjusted by driving the motor 107. The mixed water mixed by the mixing valve 105 is supplied to the faucet 10 via the hot water pipe 108.
9, but the hot water pipe 108 has a mixing valve 1.
A temperature sensor 110 is provided as a means for detecting the temperature of the mixed water mixed in step 05.

Next, to explain the operation of the above configuration, there is a knob that sets the required temperature of the mixed water. (not shown) and open the faucet 109, the magnet 11
The impeller 113 to which 2 is restrained begins to rotate. The magnetic detection element 114 detects this rotation, and the burner 11
7 starts combustion, and the hot water pipe 10 is connected to the mixing valve 105.
High-temperature water from the 6 side and regular water from the water supply pipe 103 side flow to form mixed water and hot water is supplied. Mixing valve 10
When the mixed water discharged from 5 passes through the impeller type flow rate switch 111, it is uniformly mixed by the rotation of the impeller 113. During hot water supply, the temperature sensor 110 constantly detects the temperature of the mixed water, and when the hot water supply temperature is lower than the setting value of the setting knob, the flow rate ratio of high temperature water from the hot water pipe 116 to the mixing valve 105 is increased. The motor 107 is driven to increase the hot water temperature. Further, when the hot water supply temperature is higher than the setting value of the setting knob, the motor 10
7 is driven to lower the hot water temperature and supply hot water at the desired temperature.

Therefore, in this embodiment, since the rotation of the impeller 113 to which the magnet 112 is restrained is detected by the magnetic detection element 114, air, foreign matter, water scale, etc. of the mixed water flowing in the pipes are prevented from flowing. Flow rate detection is possible without being affected by the flow rate. Note that, in addition to the burner 117, a pump or the like may be controlled by the blade wheel type flow rate switch 111, depending on the type of heat source device and the system.

As is clear from the above description, the water heater of the present invention is provided with temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the mixed water downstream of the mixing valve that mixes high-temperature water and ordinary water. A flow rate detection means is provided between the temperature detection means, which has a movable body that rotates in a fixed trajectory by the flow of the mixed water mixed by the mixing valve, and has a stirring action of the mixed water by the rotation of this movable body. This has the following effects.
