Next, in the second step, the foundation block 4 is installed in the excavation section 3.
are placed through the base concrete 15 and installed in large numbers in parallel along the roadway 1, and then the foundation blocks 4 are installed.
Reinforcement is arranged between the opposing leg parts 5 and 6. Next, the foundation block 4 is fixed in parallel to the excavated portion 3 by continuously pouring fresh concrete 16 into the gap between the opposing leg portions 5 and 6 of the foundation block 4 and hardening it. In this way, the ready-mixed concrete 16 poured continuously between the opposing leg parts 5 and 6 of the foundation block 4 flows into the concrete inflow groove 9b in the overhanging crosspiece part 9 and flows into the leg parts 5 and 6. The concrete is solidified integrally with the fresh concrete 16 that has been poured continuously between the concrete blocks 16 and 3, and flows into the concrete inflow groove 9b from the opening 9b3 provided between the edges 9c and 9c that are inclined parallel to the concrete block 11. The poured concrete 16 is integrated with the base concrete 15 cast on the surface of the interlocking block 11, so that the foundation block 4 is continuously fixed to the excavated portion 3. Therefore, the foundation block 4 can be continuously fixed to the excavated portion 3 without using a support as in the conventional case without leaning.

As mentioned above, the specified invention and the second invention are:
Since the foundation block and the overhanging section are integrally formed, and a concrete insertion groove is provided in the overhanging section that communicates with the gap between the opposing leg sections of the foundation block, the gap between the opposing leg sections of the foundation block can be easily removed. By simply pouring ready-mixed concrete into the excavated area, the foundation block can be firmly fixed without tipping over, and a walkway can be constructed using a narrow space. Additionally, unlike conventional methods, by pouring fresh concrete into the foundation block and letting it harden, the labor and positioning work required for planting anchor bolts, as well as the work of attaching overhanging beams to the foundation block, are eliminated. The construction period will be shortened and construction costs will be lower. In addition, as mentioned above, since the overhanging crosspiece is formed on the top surface of the foundation block, simply by arranging the foundation blocks side by side along an elevated roadway, the gap between the overhanging crosspieces at hand and at the other end can be adjusted to the inside and outside. Now, it becomes uniform and the sidewalk can be created accurately along the roadway. Therefore, even if the ground becomes loose or earth pressure is applied, the foundation block can be prevented from tipping.
