段により算出シンクロ速度が所定回転速度以下で
あると判定された時に前記指定シフト段より小な
る段の内のシフトセツト可能な最高位のシフト段
に一旦シフトセツトした後、前記指定シフト段ま
でのシフトアツプ制御を行う修正シフトアツプ制
御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする車両用自動
