Claims (1)
- 所定の間隔をおいて対向するように設けた二本
のパン生地圧偏用ローラーを、互いに内側に向け
て回転させ且つ両者の回転速度を異にするように
して設けるとともに、前記二本の圧偏用ローラー
のうち回転速度の遅いローラーの下側には、その
回転速度の遅いローラーと同一方向に回転する圧
偏生地の落下方向規制用ローラーを取り付けてな
るパン生地のモルダーローラー。
