In a conventional cab-over type automobile, as shown in FIG. 1, a service hole 3 is opened in a floor panel 2 located above an engine 1, and the service hole 3 is covered by a seat bottom 5 of a seat 4 so as to be openable and closable. However, even if the seat back 6 is folded forward and the seat bottom 5 is opened, the seat back 6 will not be folded parallel to the seat bottom 5, so the seat back 6 will hit the back panel 7 and the service hole 3 will be opened by about 45 degrees. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems.A service hole is opened in a floor panel located above the engine, and the rear part of an engine cover that covers the service hole and can be opened and closed is hinged to the floor panel. In a cab-over type automobile in which the front portion is removably locked to the floor panel with a locking device, a seat bottom is fixed to the upper surface of the engine cover, and a knuckle bracket is attached to the seat bottom, and a first hinge shaft is attached to the seat bottom. The seat back is mounted at the center so that it can be tilted back and forth freely by a reclining mechanism, and the seat back is attached to the second hinge shaft located above the first hinge shaft.
The seat bag is pivotally connected to be tiltable forward by a hinge shaft, and the seat bag has an engaging member provided on either one of the seat bag and the knuckle bracket, and an engaging member provided on the other that engages with the engaging member. The seat bag is fixed to the knuckle bracket by a locking mechanism that includes a locking member that prevents the seat back from tilting forward around the second hinge axis, and the seat back is fixed to the knuckle bracket with the first seat back being fixed to the knuckle bracket.
A lock release mechanism is provided that detects the forward tilted state around the hinge axis and the opening operation of the engine cover to release the lock of the lock mechanism, so that the seat back is folded only in a parallel relationship with the seat bottom. The service hole can be opened to approximately 90 degrees (fully open) to prevent damage to the seat back.

With the seat structure as described above, if the seat back 6 is in the backward tilted position shown in FIG. 2, even if you remove the shutter lever 12 and try to lift the engine cover 10 upward, it will not engage as shown in FIG. 6. Since the engaging pin 35 of the lever 33 is held against the outer periphery of the bottom bracket 15, the falling portion 34b of the detection lever 34 is engaged with the engaging portion 33a, and the falling portion 34a is engaged with the forward-folding lever 29. In order to prevent the forward lock pin 30 from working, the forward lever 29
The seat back 6 will not be folded forward while it remains engaged.

Therefore, when the seat back 6 is in the rearward tilted position,

When the shutter lever 12 is removed in this state and the engine cover 10 is lifted upward, the engagement portion 34b of the detection lever 34 will be separated from the floor panel 2, so the detection lever 34 will be rotated clockwise by the coil spring 37 and engaged. The engagement pin 35 of the lever 33 engages with the forward-most tilting detection groove 36, and the falling portion 34a of the detection lever 34 engages with the forward-tilting lever 29 to rotate it in the unlocking direction. In addition, inner cable 2

Therefore, when the engine cover 10 is lifted further upward, the seat back 6 hits the back panel 7, but since it is in a free state, it is folded parallel to the seat bottom 5 around the second hinge shaft 18, and the seat back 6 hits the back panel 7. As shown in Figures 4 and 10, the service hole 3 can now be opened to an opening degree of 90 degrees (fully open).

On the other hand, when the engine cover 10 is pushed down to close the service hole 3 and the shutter lever 12 is locked, the release lever 3
4 and the forward tilt lever 29 return to the position shown in FIG. 8, but the engagement pin 35 of the detection lever 33 remains engaged with the forward tilt detection groove 36.

Therefore, when the seat back 6 is tilted backward toward the rearward tilting position, the lock pins 30 and 23 are locked again by the forward tilt levers 29 and 22, and at the same time, the lock pin 30 hits the rising portion 33b of the engagement lever 33. The detection lever 33 is rotated in the disengagement direction, and the engagement pin 35 is removed from the forward-most inclined engagement groove 36 and returned to the position shown in FIG. 8.

As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention
The seat back is tilted back and forth with respect to the seat bottom fixed to the engine cover that opens and closes the service hole, and is adjusted forward and backward by a reclining mechanism around the first hinge axis, while the seat back is reclined around the second hinge axis located above the first hinge axis. A locking mechanism is provided which is pivotally connected to the reclining device and locks the seatback with respect to the reclining device, and when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the seatback is folded forward with respect to the seat bottom, and the engine cover is opened. Since it is equipped with a lock release mechanism that detects and unlocks the lock mechanism, the seat back can be folded parallel to the seat bottom, the service hole can be fully opened with the engine cover, and the seat back can be folded into the back panel. Since it is not forcibly pressed, it will not be damaged.

[Claims] 1. A service hole is opened in a floor panel located above the engine, the rear part of the engine cover covering the service hole is hinged to the floor panel, and the front part is fixed to the floor panel. In a cab-over type automobile that is removably locked with a tool, a seat bottom is fixed to the upper surface of the engine cover, and a knuckle bracket is attached to the seat bottom so that the seat can be tilted forward and backward by a reclining mechanism about a first hinge axis. A seat bag is pivotally attached to the nutcle bracket so as to be foldable forward by a second hinge shaft provided at a position above the first hinge shaft, and the seat bag is attached to the nut. A lock consisting of an engaging member provided on either one of the club brackets, and a locking member provided on the other side that engages with the engaging member to prevent the seat bag from tilting forward about the second hinge axis. It is fixed to the knuckle bracket by a mechanism, and the knuckle bracket has a mechanism that detects the state in which the seat back is tilted forward around the first hinge axis and the opening operation of the engine cover, and locks the lock mechanism. A seat structure for a cab-over type automobile, characterized by being provided with a lock release mechanism for releasing the lock.
