【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、おもにダイガストあるいは合成樹
脂で成形されるスライドフアスナーの停止装置付
スライダーに関するもので、その目的は、組立て
が容易になり、且つ信頼性の高い停止機能を有す
る停止装置付スライダーを提供することにある。

この考案は以上の目的を達成するために開発さ
れたもので、その実施例を図面によつて説明する
と、図中1は胴体、2は引手、3はスプリング及
び4はカバーを示すもので、胴体1の上片1a上
における前端部より後端部に、支台5、一対のガ
イド6,6抜孔7及びカバー支承部8を順次備え
てあつて、支台5上に蒲鉾形の凸起9が形成して
あると共に、第3図に示す如く支台5の前面にカ
バー支承孔10が穿設してある。引手2にはその
前端に軸部11を有する。また、スプリング3
は、帯状板の一端部を二段に亘つて下方へ屈曲し
てあつて、後端部に前記抜孔7より胴体1内へ突
入する停止爪12を形成し、前端部に前記凸起9
に遊嵌状態に係合する長孔13を穿設し、中間部
に前方へ向かつて跨り起した副片14を設け、更
に副片14の跨り起す基部より停止爪12が下方
へ屈曲する間に水平部17を形成したものであ
る。カバー4は両端に前記胴体のカバー支承部8
とカバー支承孔10に係止する支脚15,15を
有し、両側に引手2を通す切欠部16を形成した
ものであつて、該カバー4はその両支脚15,1
5をカバー支承部8とカバー支承孔10に係止し
て胴体1上に固着され、引手2は軸部11を支台
5とガイド6間に載置してカバー4の切欠部15
を潜らして支承されている。スプリング3はその
長孔13を凸起9に遊嵌し、停止爪12を抜孔7
を通じて胴体1内に突入し、水平部17を胴体1

とがなく、支持部の末端を支点としてスプリング
全体が揺動し、副片の弾性機能が十分に発揮され
るものである。従つて、スプリング全体を揺動さ
せるため、引手2に加わる作動力が従来の固定し
たもものより軽くなると共に、副片の弾力を有効
に利用して確実な停止機能を発揮するものであ
る。一方、スプリング3を支台5上に支持して、
その支持位置を胴体より高い位置に設けてあるた
め、フアスナーエレメントが傾斜してそのエレメ
ントが停止爪12に斜め上方向への押圧力を受け
ても、スプリングが浮上して前端支持部が外れる
恐れもなくロツク強度を増大し得ることは勿論、
スプリングの支持部が固定していないため、押圧
力を受けてもスプリングの一部だけが極端に屈曲
することもないものである。更に、組立てに際し
ては、胴体上に引手を載置した後、引手の軸部を
股いだ状態でスプリングの前端を凸起に遊嵌し、
水平部を胴体上に載置して取付けるので、スプリ
ングと引手の軸部が干渉してスプリングにころび
を惹起することがなく、正確な組立てを行なえる
ものである。
