However, the biggest drawback is that fine dust such as cotton dust gets into the valleys of the folds of the dust collection filter, and the cross section of the folds of the dust collection filter becomes wedge-shaped, making it difficult to remove them. The problem was that the pressure loss of the dust collection filter increased and the dust collection filter became clogged, resulting in a significant drop in dust collection performance.

For this reason, vacuum cleaner users used to remove fine dust by inserting a needle-like object with a sharp tip into the valley of the folds of the dust collection filter. Due to damage, dust could not be captured sufficiently, causing an adverse phenomenon in which it leaked into the motor or outside the aircraft. In addition, dust removal work is troublesome and unhygienic, and it is difficult to remove dust sufficiently, making it difficult to maintain the initial dust suction performance over a long period of time.

As shown in FIG. 2, the dust collecting device 7 includes a dust collecting filter 17 formed by bending a filter material into a wave shape to form a large number of folds 17a on the front side and a concave portion 17b on the back side, and a frame 18 that supports the dust collecting filter 17. The dust collecting filter 17 is integrally formed of a soft material such as soft vinyl chloride, and the dust collecting filter 17 is installed in the intake passage 6a between the air intake port 6 of the dust collecting box 5 and the electric blower 2. 17 is arranged so that it is stretched. Reference numeral 20 denotes a diaphragm of the dust removing device 8, which is composed of a large number of plate-shaped bodies, which are arranged at predetermined intervals in the lateral direction, and are swingably held in a holding frame 20b by hinges 20a provided on both sides. Cylindrical vibration shafts 21 are formed protruding from the center of the rear end (upper end in FIG. 2) so as to be horizontally aligned with each other. and,
When the holding plate 20b is placed and fixed on the inner bottom surface of the frame 18, the front end (lower end in FIG. 2) of the diaphragm 20 is inserted into the recess 17b of the fold 17a of the dust collection filter 17 as shown in FIG. .

Reference numeral 23 denotes a bearing body, and an actuating rotary plate 24 is rotatably fitted on the side of the bearing facing the diaphragm 20, and a driving means 2 having a rotating handle as an example from the opposite side.
5 are rotatably fitted and held together by a screw 23' in a bearing body 23. The peripheral edge of this bearing body 23 is fitted and fixed to the frame 18. The actuating rotary plate 24 is provided with actuating ribs 22 on the side of the diaphragm 20 that sandwich the vibrating shafts 21 in pairs. As shown in FIG. 4, this actuating rib 22 is such that the center of rotation of the actuating rotary plate 24 is located at the exactly central vibrating axis 21h among the vibrating axes 21a to 21o, and the vibrating axis 21a on one side including the vibrating axis 21h ~21h
The center positions a to d of each pair of adjacent vibration axes are determined, and circular arc lines 21p to 2 whose radius is the distance between these positions a to d and the center of rotation are defined.
Assume 1s. The arc wires 21p to 21s also extend to the other side of the vibration axis 21h to 2 including the vibration axis 21h.
It passes through the center position of a pair of adjacent vibration axes of 1o. Now, the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 are located on both sides of these arcuate lines 21p to 21r, respectively, and are located at predetermined positions in the arc direction, shifted from each other, and form an arc of a predetermined length, and the arcuate lines 21p to 21r
The opposing interval with r in between is smaller than the mutual interval between the vibrating shafts 21, and is set to such an extent that the tips of the vibrating shafts 21 are in contact with each other, or that there is a slight gap between the tips. Furthermore, the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 2 are provided so that the vibration shafts 21a to 21o can be easily inserted.
Guide ribs 22b are integrally formed at both ends of 2a7 . Furthermore, elastic ribs 22c having elasticity that engage the end surfaces of the vibration shafts 21a to 21o are formed between the intermediate portions of the actuation ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 .
Therefore, when the operating rotary plate 24 is rotated once in any direction, for example in the direction A, the operating ribs 22a 1 and 22a 2 first sandwich the vibration shafts 21a and 21b like the vibration shafts 21a' and 21b', The elastic rib 22c at the intermediate portion comes into elastic contact and gives a slight vibration due to the elasticity, and the vibration shaft 2 is rotated by a predetermined amount of rotation corresponding to the length of the rib.
1a, 21b, and then the actuating rib 2
The vibration shafts 21c and 21d are sandwiched between 2a 3 and 22a 4 , and after giving slight vibrations by the same amount of rotation as described above, these are released, and the vibration shafts 21e and 21f are further sandwiched between the operating ribs 22a 5 and 22a 6 . After applying a fine vibration, it is released, and the operating rib 22a7 tilts the vibration shaft 21g in the direction of the vibration shaft 21h, which is the center of rotation, and applies a fine vibration. Further, after half a rotation of the operating rotary plate 24, the operating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 engage the outer vibration shafts 21n, 21o and then the center side vibration shafts in order to give slight vibrations, and then release the vibration shafts.
In this way, all the vibration shafts except the vibration shaft 21h vibrate due to continuous rotation.

Next, the operation of this vacuum cleaner will be explained. When the electric blower 2 is operated, air is taken in through the intake port 6, passes through the dust collection filter 17 in the intake passage 6a, and is exhausted from the exhaust port 34 of the cleaner body 1. During this time, the dust sucked in through the intake port 6 is filtered by the dust collecting filter 17 and collected on the surface of the folds 17a of the dust collecting filter 17, and clean air is released toward the vacuum cleaner body 1, and cleaning is performed by this operation. It will be done. On the other hand, when removing dust attached to the dust collection filter 17, the electric blower 2 is stopped and the power cord 31 is pulled out, the cord reel 10 rotates, and the rotation causes the intermediate gear 14, clutch gear 15, rotating pawl 16, clutch 27, is transmitted to the connecting gear 26, and the rotation of the connecting gear 26 drives the driving means 25.
rotates, and the operating rotary plate 24 rotates. This rotation of the operating rotary plate 24 causes the vibration axis 2 of the diaphragm 20 to
1 are successively sandwiched between the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 in pairs, so the lower ends of the diaphragms 20 swing around the hinges 20a, causing them to expand relative to each other as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the folds 17a of the dust collecting filter 17 are expanded. By repeating this, vibration is generated and fine dust X such as cotton dust accumulated between the pleats 17a can be easily shaken off. Furthermore, when the elastic ribs 22c engage the vibrating shaft 21 with the folds 17a of the diaphragm 20 open, the minute vibrations are transmitted to the folds 17a, thereby improving the dust removal effect.

With this configuration, this embodiment has the following effects. That is, (1) By continuously moving the folds 17a of the dust collecting filter 17 to widen and contract the folds 17a of the dust collecting filter 17, fine dust such as cotton dust that has entered the wedge-shaped portion inside can be easily removed. Therefore, the dust collection filter is not clogged, and the dust collection performance can be maintained indefinitely. At the same time, fine vibrations are applied by the elastic ribs 22c, which improves the dust removal efficiency. 17 durability is greatly improved.
