【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、集塵機とか掃除機に用いる矩形型の
成形フイルターに使用して好適な成形フイルター
用除塵装置に関する。

る。この様な払い落しを行なう除塵装置には、パ
ルスジエツト式、逆洗式、振動式と云つた各種の
除塵装置が存在し、これ等の装置の内、フイルタ
ーに振動を与えて払い落しを行なう振動式除塵装
置は、比較的構造が簡単で手軽に使用できる点
で、小型集塵機とか掃除機に多く利用されてい
る。

隔だけに止まり、その左右両側に振動が与えられ
ない否除塵領域が生じてしまい、加えて、成形フ
イルターFの上下中心部では、ピンPがフイルタ
ーベースFBに近い部分を叩く関係で、中央部迄
振動が伝わらないから、充分な払い落し効果(除
塵効果)を発揮できない問題があつた。

形フレームに取付けるに当つてデツトスペースが
広く成つて、フイルター面積に比較して全体の取
付け体積が多く成る問題があつた。

ーであつても充分に対応できて優れた除塵効果を
発揮し、以つて、面積が広くて取扱いに優れた矩
形型成形フイルターの実用化を可能した成形フイ
ルター用除塵装置を提供する点にあり、本考案で
はこれ等の目的を達成するべく、回転軸によつて
回転される叩き板の前面に、上記回転軸を中心と
する半径方向に少しずつ位置をずらした状態で複
数本の叩き突子を突設して、叩き板の回転時にこ
れ等各突子がフイルターを叩いて除塵する様に構
成している。

2に近づけて突設する様に構成されている。

いて回転自在に取付けられる。図示した実施例で
は成形フイルター7の大きさに合せて計3個の叩
き板1…が各歯車5…を噛合させた状態で連動回
転自在に取付けられていて、各叩き板1…の叩き
突子3…は、いずれもその先端3T…が第2図の
如く成形フイルター7の先端面に接触(係合)す
る様に突設されている。また、図面上右側の叩き
板1を取付けた回転軸2が駆動軸に成つていて、
この回転軸2を手動又はモータで回転すると、第
4図矢印の如く各叩き板1…が連動回転する仕組
に成つている。

吸込口9を通してフイルター枠6内に吸引作用が
及ぶと、フイルター枠6の集塵口6b側から含塵
空気が吸引され、成形フイルター7を通過する際
に塵埃が捕集分離されて、浄化空気のみ吸込口9
を通つて排気される様に構成されている。

から、除塵の点で実用化が遅れていた矩形型成形
フイルターの利用が可能に成ると云つた実用性も
発揮できるものであつて、構成が簡単で安価に製
造できる点と相俟つて、その実用的価値は洵に高
い。
