- 電子ビームを射出する電子銃と、該電子ビーム
を捕集するコレクタと、前記電子銃と前記コレク
タとの間において前記電子ビームに対して電磁波
を相互作用させる高周波回路部とを具備している
大電力マイクロ波管のための、前記高周波回路部
の一部に設けられた水冷方式ウインドウにおいて
、銅製の封止枠部材にセラミツク製の部材が嵌め
込まれて構成され、前記銅製の封止枠部材に酸化
膜が形成されていることを特徴とする大電力用ウ
インドウ。
