Configuration of conventional examples and their problems For example, wet smoke cleaning equipment is used as a device to remove dust from exhaust gas discharged from an incinerator. This introduces the exhaust gas into the gas cleaning tower, supplies the waste liquid accumulated in the lower part of the tower to the spray water injection pipe in the upper part of the tower, and cleans the exhaust gas with the spray water injected from the spray nozzle of the pipe. It is something to be cleaned. In this configuration, since the spray water is used in circulation, if left as is, the dust concentration in the spray water will increase and the spray nozzle will become clogged. Therefore, conventionally, when the dust concentration reaches the upper limit, the operation of the gas scrubbing tower is stopped, the water in the waste liquid is removed, and the sludge accumulated at the bottom of the tower is removed manually. However, this has the disadvantage that the operating rate of the gas scrubbing tower is low.

Embodiment and Operation An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. 1 is a gas cleaning tower, 2 is a spray water injection pipe provided at the upper part of the tower 1, 3 is a circulating fluid pump that supplies waste liquid 4 accumulated at the bottom of the tower 1 to the base end of the pipe 2, and 5 is a A circulation path connecting the tip of the pipe 2 and the lower part of the tower 1, 6 a damper provided in the path 5, 7 a drainage pump that pumps out the waste liquid 4 from the lower part of the tower 1, and 8 a drainage pump 7. A liquid cyclone which separates sludge from the waste liquid pumped out by the liquid cyclone and returns the waste liquid 4 after sludge separation into the tower 1 via a path 9; 10 is a bucket screen for sludge recovery provided directly below the liquid cyclone 8; The water separated from the collected sludge is returned to the tower 1 via a path 11. 12 is an absorption liquid injection pipe, 13 is an absorption liquid discharge path, 14 is an exhaust gas inlet,
15 is an exhaust gas outlet.

Hereinafter, the effects of the above configuration will be explained. Exhaust gas discharged from an incinerator or the like enters the tower 1 through the exhaust gas inlet 14, rises within the tower 1, and is discharged through the exhaust gas outlet 15. Then, the waste liquid 4 accumulated at the bottom of the tower 1 is pumped up by the circulating fluid pump 3 and turned into spray water from the nozzle of the spray water injection pipe 2 and injected into the flue gas rising inside the tower 1, and the dust contained in the flue gas is removed. is washed away. On the other hand, if cleaning of the exhaust gas in the tower 1 is continued, the amount of dust contained in the waste liquid 4 will increase, and if left as it is, the spray nozzle will become clogged. Therefore, when the dust concentration of the waste liquid 4 reaches a predetermined upper limit value, the damper 6 is first opened. As a result, the waste liquid 4 supplied into the pipe 2 by the circulating liquid pump 3 is returned to the lower part of the tower 1 via the circulation path 5, thereby removing the dust that is accumulating in the pipe 2. is flushed out and discharged to the lower part of the column 1 via the circulation path 5. Therefore, clogging of the spray nozzle is eliminated. Next, or simultaneously with the operation of the circulating liquid pump 3, the drain pump 7 is operated, and the waste liquid 4 from the lower part of the column 1 is pumped out and supplied into the hydrocyclone 8. In this cyclone, sludge with a large specific gravity is separated and collected in a bucket screen 10, and the water separated from the sludge in the bucket screen 10 is returned to the lower part of the column 1 via a path 11. Also cyclone 8
The waste liquid 4 from which the sludge has been separated is sent to the column 1 via route 9.
will be returned to the bottom of the page.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, by opening the on-off valve, the dust that tends to accumulate in the spray water injection pipe is flushed out and discharged to the lower part of the tower. Therefore, clogging of the spray nozzle is eliminated. In addition, the sludge is separated from the waste liquid pumped out by the drainage pump using a liquid cyclone, and the waste liquid after sludge separation is returned to the lower part of the tower, so the dust concentration of the waste liquid accumulated in the lower part of the tower is always kept below a predetermined value. It is something that can be maintained. In addition, it is possible to eliminate clogging of the spray nozzle and separate and recover the sludge without stopping the operation of the washing tower, resulting in a high operating rate.
