Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱可塑性樹脂で形成された一次放射器の開
    口部に、一次放射器と同種材料又は熱変形温度を
    同じくする材料で形成された水密キヤツプを被せ
    一次放射器と水密キヤツプとの接合部を超音波溶
    着あるいは高周波溶着してなる一次放射器の水密
    キヤツプ取付部。 (2) 一次放射器の少なくとも導波路部分に導電
    層が形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の一次放射器の水密キヤツプ取付部。 (3) 水密キヤツプの外周部が一次放射器と同種
    材料又は熱変形温度を同じくする材料で形成され
    且つ中央部が低誘電率、低誘電体損の材質により
    形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の一次放射器の水密キヤツプ取付部。 (4) 導波路部分の導電層が無電解メツキあるい
    は無電解メツキと電気メツキの組み合せにより形
    成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の一次放射器の水密キヤツプ取付部。 (5) 一次放射器の水密キヤツプ接合部にメツキ
    層が形成されないようにした実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第４項記載の一次放射器の水密キヤツプ取付
    部。
