い。一方、磁気ブラシクリーニング方法はクリー
ニング効果は多少劣るが、他のクリーニング方法
より有利であり、かつ機構も比較的簡単である。
しかしながら、従来、磁気ブラシクリーニング方
法において、クリーニング効果を増大する方法と
してバイアス電圧を印加して静電的吸引力の併用
の下でクリーニングを行なうものが提案されてい
るが十分満足出来るものではない。
