回線(5)がある側の幹線(1)ですべての障害物のな
い循環路(8)が存在し、各パレット(P)がその下面
で上記循環路(8)で循環するため設けられる操作ピン
(9A、9B)を備えている一方、分岐迂回線のそれら
の分岐(5A、5B)で幹線(1)に対し直交して設け
られる各ジャッキ(10)が幹線に向けられるジャッキ
の棒の端にパレット(P)の操作ピン(9A、9B)を
閉鎖状態で少なくとも保持するに適するクリップ(11
)をもち、上記クリップが循環路(8)上にある第1位
置と同じクリップが分岐迂回線(5)の分岐(5A、5
