Claims (1)
数本の化粧溝を設け、該化粧面の両側端を内方に
屈曲して２側壁を形成して断面を複数の凹状とし
、上記側壁の１端縁を外方へ突出して差込縁を形
成した雄型連結部を設け、他側壁の端縁を内方に
屈曲し、再び外方に突出して断面Ｕ字状に形成し
た係合溝と、該係合溝の下縁を外側方へ突出して
形成した延長部とからなる雌型連結部とを設けた
表面材と、該表面材の凹状部に原料状態で吐出さ
れ反応、発泡により充填した防火性を有するフオ
ームと、雄型連結部近傍の一部を除き窪部を形成
して該フオーム、下縁、延長部背面に積層したフ
エノールフオーム板と、該フエノールフオーム板
の露出面と該窪部を被覆する防火性を有する裏面
材とからなり、製造の際に前記フエノールフオー
ム板が下縁、延長部と共に、少なくとも１本の前
記化粧溝の基底部で支持され、防火性を有するフ
オームの発泡を阻害しないようにし、また、防火
性を有する裏面材はフエノールフオーム板の露出
