他側壁の端縁を内方に屈曲し、再び外方に突出し
て形成した断面Ｕ字状の係合溝と、該係合溝の下
縁を外側方へ突出して形成した延長部とからなる
雌型連結部とを設けた表面材と、該表面材の凹状
部に原料状態で吐出し、反応、発泡により充填し
た防火性を有するフオームと、該フオームの背面
に前記差込縁の先端からｌ１だけかたよらせ、か
つ、受け片、係合溝、下縁、延長部背面に積層し
たフエノールフオーム板と、該フエノールフオー
ム板の少なくとも長手方向の露出面を被覆する防
火性を有する裏面材とからなり、前記防火性を有
するフオームの反応発泡の途中に前記フエノール
フオーム板を積層し、該防火性を有するフオーム
の自己接着性により該フエノールフオーム板を接
着し、かつフエノールフオーム板の雄型連結部側
、または雌型連結部側の少なくとも一方の側面に
発泡性防火塗料の被膜を施したことを特徴とする
