Claims (1)
穿設し、該軸方向孔に補強体を嵌着し、該補強体
の取付孔に合成樹脂製可撓性線材の軸端部を挿入
接合して成る編針において、編針本体１０がその
基端にかけて漸次外径寸法を減じるテーパ状基端
部１１を有し、該基端部１１にはその軸方向孔１
４の開口を囲む環状衝合面１１ａを形成し、補強
体１５は、軸部１６とその一端を拡径した頭部１
７を有する合成樹脂製とし、該頭部１７はその内
端側から外端側にかけて漸次外径寸法を減じるテ
ーパ状に形成すると共に、内端側には前記基端部
１１の衝合面１１ａと対向し且つこれと略同寸同
形の環状衝合面１７ａを形成し、更に前記頭部１
７を貫通して前記軸部１６内にその全長又は一部
に亘つて穿入する取付孔２０を穿設し、可撓性線
材１２は、前記取付孔２０と対応する寸度形状を
有する軸端部２３及び該軸端部２３より拡径した
膨大部２１を有し、前記軸部１６を前記軸方向孔
１４に挿入して接着剤で接合すると共に前記両環
状衝合面１１ａ，１７ａを衝合接着する一方、前
記取付孔２０に前記軸端部２３を挿入して接着剤
で接合すると共に前記膨大部２１の先端側面２２
を前記頭部１７の外端面１９に衝合せしめ、且つ
、前記編針本体基端部１１の外周面１１ｓ、補強
体頭部の外周面１７ｓ及び膨大部の外周面２１ｓ
がそれぞれ略滑らかに連続するように構成したこ
