Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定物に対して任意の方向に移動可能な
移動台に着脱されるシヤンクと、 このシヤンクに固定されたプローブケースと、 このプローブケースに傾動自在に保持された接
触子軸と、 接触子軸を軸方向先端側に向け付勢するスプリ
ングと、 接触子軸の傾動時に接触子軸と被測定物との接
触を表わすタツチ信号を出力するタツチ信号発生
手段と、 を含むタツチ信号プローブにおいて、 スプリングの先端側にスプリング受用の基台を
設け、この基台と接触子軸側とをピボツト軸受を
介して係合することによりスプリングの付勢力を
接触子軸に伝えることを特徴とするタツチ信号プ
ローブ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載のプローブ
において、 前記接触子軸は、内端が接触子軸に固定され外
端がプローブケースに固定された板バネにより径
方向位置が規制され、 前記タツチ信号発生手段は、プローブケースの
内底面にほぼ等間隔で固定された３組の固定接触
子と、接触子軸に固定され前記固定接触子と当接
する３組の可動接触子を担持する接点受部と、を
含み、前記３組の固定接触子及び可動接触子から
なる接点組のうちいずれかの接点組の開離により
タツチ信号を出力し、 また前記基台は、前記接点受部とピボツト軸受
を介して係合してなることを特徴とするタツチ信
号プローブ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)、(2)のいずれ
かに記載のプローブにおいて、 前記ピボツト軸受は、基台又は接点受部のいず
れか一方に設けられた尖軸と、他方に設けられた
尖軸受用のベアリングとを含むことを特徴とする
タツチ信号プローブ。
