However, if buttering is applied directly to the fried food material in the buttering process, water may ooze out of the food material, making it difficult for the material to adhere, or the buttering may become thin.
There is a problem with oil splashing water during frying, causing the batter to peel off.

In such work, firstly, manual work is carried out in floating dust such as grain flour, which is an unfavorable working environment. Also, manual labor causes significant fatigue in the wrists, etc., making it difficult to perform the work. There is a problem in that efficiency is lowered, and as a result, there is a risk that the fried food material is unevenly coated with flour, resulting in poor product yield and reduced product quality.

To deal with this, automatic flouring methods using mechanical means have been devised; for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-9361, flouring flour is uniformly spread on a belt conveyor. While transporting the fried food, some measures have been taken to sprinkle the flour onto the fried food or press it from above. There is also the disadvantage that the adhesion to the food surface is weak, and the flour peels off from the fried food material by the time of battering or pre-frying. There is a method of making the flour adhere firmly by dropping the raw food material, but this method has the disadvantage that the powder only adheres to one surface of the falling fried food material and is difficult to adhere to all of the surfaces. .

Similarly, in the breading process of the conventional blending process, it was difficult for the bread crumbs to adhere uniformly to the food, and in particular, the adhesion of the bread crumbs to the edges of the food was insufficient.

Therefore, as a food dusting device, for example,
There is an invention disclosed in JP-A No. 51-112580, in which the seeding device not only dusts the food, but also brings the food into face-to-face contact with a spiral screw fin during the dusting process. It has a process of rolling and forming it into a spherical shape through rolling, and as clearly stated in the publication of the prior invention, the shape and powder of confectionery etc. are changed before being supplied to the powdering device. The shape that is discharged after attachment is different,
A predetermined shaping action is also carried out during the dusting process, and in such well-known dusting equipment, a spiral fin inside the equipment forcibly rolls up the food to be dusted, making it into a spherical shape. It has a positive effect.

Applying such a powdering device to raw materials for fried foods such as fish and shellfish such as fried foods, meat such as livestock meat, and vegetables, it is important to apply the powdering device to raw materials for fried foods such as fish and shellfish such as fried foods, meat such as livestock, and vegetables. If the food material is rolled up after dusting or is twisted, the shape may change between the feeding condition before the dusting process and the feeding condition to the next stage after dusting, and the food may be different from the initial purpose. However, this had the disadvantage of not being viable as a product.

Therefore, in the covering process, surplus flour is returned to the return drum and immediately reused and recycled together with the food material fed into the drum, so the return process is short and unsanitary problems are avoided. This provides an excellent effect in that there is no risk of contamination with dust or the like.

By feeding back the surplus flour to the dusting section in this way, it is possible to anticipate and supply that amount of surplus flour to the supply section in advance.
The flour cannot be sufficiently coated on the food material in the drum of the covering section, resulting in insufficient coating of the food product, or peeling during the subsequent frying process. There is also an excellent effect of sufficiently improving product accuracy.

In the covering section, the food material and the flour are rotated by a buckle rod and the flour is applied to the surface of the food material completely by scooping, flipping, and turning the food. Not only can it be sprinkled, but the Buttsuful stick and the raw food are in point-like or linear contact with each other, and do not touch each other.
Therefore, it is possible to avoid twisting, rounding, etc. of the raw food material, thereby preventing the initial formed shape from being damaged, and to have the excellent effect of allowing grain flour to adhere to the entire surface of the fried food material with a high yield. be done.

In addition, in the continuous dusting device, by providing a hopper for the food material and a hopper for the flour in the supply section, the first-stage covering action can be performed in advance even during conveyance to the covering section by the conveyor. In addition, unlike spiral fins, the multiple buttful rods installed in the drum in the covering section allow food materials to be fed without being twisted or rolled up. This has the effect of performing a covering action while maintaining the formed state of the raw material food, which separates the excess flour in the rear sieving section from the covered food material that remains in its initial formed state. Therefore, an excellent effect can be achieved in that the raw food material can be reliably coated with flour on all surfaces and discharged while maintaining its initially formed shape from supply to discharge.

Further, since excess flour can be returned from the sieving section to the return drum at the front of the drum, an excellent effect is achieved in that the flour can be effectively utilized in a closed cycle.
