However, after being heated, pressurized and kneaded,
There has been little automation in the methods and equipment for shaping materials sequentially extruded from an extruder into foods having a wide variety of appearances, shapes, etc. For this reason, various types of equipment were constructed by combining single-function machines, but since many processes were required to complete the molding process, there was a long wait for many processes, making the molding process take even more time. It has the disadvantage of being
In addition, problems have also arisen in terms of food hygiene management and quality stabilization.

In addition, in the case of sweets, etc., when they are cut after being puffed and seasoned with soy sauce or molasses using a barrel pot or honey-sprinkling machine, the puffed or foamed layer exposed at the cut surface is coated with the surrounding material. Soy sauce, molasses, etc. penetrate into the skin layer more than the skin layer, making it thicker in some areas.
There were inconveniences such as a drop in quality. To solve this problem, hand painting or application before cutting is performed, but the former is inefficient and requires manpower.
The quality also lacks stability, and in the latter case, conventional methods and equipment have problems such as the long molding process, the tendency to break when cutting, the cut surface being too conspicuous, and the product yield being poor. This was becoming a problem.

The gap X between the support roller 2 and the filter roller 3 has an uneven shape formed by the lines of the support roller 2, and forms a molded shape for the material 7. Further, although not shown, if the gap X between the rollers 2 and 3 is made adjustable, the expansion rate of the material 7 can also be controlled. Furthermore, if the surface temperature of both rollers 2 and 3 can be controlled, for example, the surface temperature can be lowered to suppress expansion of the material 7.

The rotating roller 22a shown in FIG. 4 is simply provided with a recess 27 on its outer surface, and a guard 30 is provided on the rotating direction side. This rotating roller 2
2a is an overlay material 26a such as powder, granules, granules, etc.
The surface of the overlay material 26a is kept in sliding contact with the guard 30 until the overlay material 26a supplied in quantity from the hopper 31 is supplied onto the material 7.
This prevents a from scattering or falling. Of course, a solid overlay material 26 can also be used. Also, the gap between the rotating rollers 22, 22a and the surface of the material 7 is determined by the state of the honey 20 applied to the material 7,
It may be selected as appropriate depending on the type of overlay materials 26, 26a.

The overlaying material 26 supplied to the recess 27 of the rotating body 25 is attracted by the vacuum in the gap Z through the communication hole 28 and is attracted thereto. Then, as the rotating roller 22 rotates, it moves downward, and when the communication hole 28 is blocked by the fan-shaped part 29, the overlying material 26 loses its suction force and falls onto the material 7, and the material 7 that has been previously applied is removed. It is glued onto the honey 20. Overlay material 26a such as powder
In this case, the rotating roller 22a shown in FIG. 4 is used, but in this case, the top material 27a stored in the recess 27 falls at a position where the guard 30 is not attached and adheres to the material 7. It turns out.

When the rotating roller 22 rotates by a predetermined angle (45 degrees in the illustrated example), the material 7 supplied with the overlaying material 26 is cut into pieces of fixed dimensions by the cutter A.

In the net conveyor 31, the speed of the motor 35 is changed so that the moving speed V of the net 36 is greater than the moving speed v of the material 7 between the support roller 2, the filter roller 3, and the rotating roller 22. Therefore, the distance between the cut materials 7 is larger than that at the time of cutting, and the cut materials 7 are placed on the net conveyor 3.
1. And in oven 32, material 7
The roasting effect is enhanced because the ingredients 7 are sent at predetermined intervals, and there is no possibility that the ingredients 7 will stick to the net 36 or that the roasting will be uneven due to the ingredients 7 overlapping each other. It is also easier to dry and roasted with a constant and stable quality.
In addition, since the distance between the materials 7 begins to widen immediately after cutting, the cutting itself can be easily performed.

[Claims] 1. Materials are kneaded in an extruder and sequentially extruded from a die, and extruded by a pair of rotating rollers placed in front of the extrusion from the die and an additive supply device placed near the rotating rollers. Next, a fixed amount of overlay material is supplied onto this material by an overlay material supply device, and a cutter provided on a rotating roller of the overlay material supply device is used to form the overlay material and supply additives. A food forming method characterized by cutting the material and then transporting it using a conveying device. 2. The method for forming a food product according to claim 1, wherein the conveyance speed of the material after supplying the overlaying material is faster than before supplying the top material. 3. An extruder that sequentially extrudes the kneaded material from the die, a pair of rotating rollers that are placed close to the front of the extrusion from the die and that forms a molded shape for the extruded material, and a pair of rotating rollers that are placed near the rotating rollers. an additive supply device that supplies additives to the material;
An overlay material supply device disposed on the exit side of the rotating roller, which supplies a fixed amount of overlay material to the material that has been molded and supplied with additives, and is equipped with a cutter for cutting this material; A food forming device comprising a material conveying device facing the exit side of a feeding device. 4. The food forming apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the additive supplying apparatus includes a plurality of nozzles for supplying the additive and applies multiple stripes of the additive to the material.
