部後方であつてカウルフロントパネルの前方に配
設され、燃料を燃料噴射弁に供給するデリバリパ
イプがエンジン本体とその後方の上記吸気枝管と
の間に配設された燃料噴射式エンジンにおいて、
上記サージタンクは剛性の低い材料で形成され、
上記吸気枝管は剛性の高い材料で形成され、この
サージタンクと吸気枝管との合せ面が上記デリバ
リパイプの上方で且つ上記カウルフロントパネル
の下方に位置していることを特徴とするエンジン
