Claims (1)
- 可動体に対して両側方および上方から対向する
レールと、前記可動体に設けられ前記レールの両
側方部および上方部と一定の間隙を設けて各個に
対向し対向する部位との間に吸引力を発生する水
平および垂直方向の各電磁石とを備え、前記可動
体が非接触状態により前記レール間を移動する磁
気浮上案内装置において、移動状況が曲線状とな
る部位の前記両側方部を除去したレールと、前記
曲線状の部位において前記水平方向の電磁石に対
する励磁を停止させる制御回路とを備えたことを
特徴とする磁気浮上案内装置。
