Claims (1)
- 浮上マグネツトが、所要吸引力の全部又は大部
分を発生する永久磁石と、この吸引力を強弱制御
する電磁石とで構成され、この浮上マグネツトの
強磁性走行レールへの吸引力で浮上した台車をリ
ニアモータの推力で走行させる磁気浮上搬送装置
において、前記台車の両側に上下方向の揺動を規
制するガイドローラを設け、台車の走行ラインに
沿うと共に内部にガイドローラが非接触に挿通す
るチヤンネル形ガイドレールを敷設し、ガイドレ
ールとガイドローラとの間の上下方向の一方の隙
間を走行レールと浮上マグネツトとの間の制御可
能な最小隙間寸法とすると共に他方の隙間を走行
レールと浮上マグネツトとの間の制御可能な最大
隙間寸法としたことを特徴とする磁気浮上搬送装
置における安全装置。
