て１はクリーン・ユニツト、２はフアン、３はフ
イルター、４は電源スイツチ、５はクリーン・ブ
ース入口、６はキヤスター、７はクリーン・ブー
スの柱、８はクリーン・ブース周囲のカーテン、
９はダスト・カウンタ、１０は警報装置、１１は
クリーン・ブース外の空気吸入口、１２はクリー
ン・ブース内の空気吸入口、１３は計数部である
。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示してある。

Claims (1)
- 周囲をビニール・カーテンで被つた個室と、加
圧された清浄な空気を個室内に送風し、個室内を
清浄な空気環境にする装置からなるクリーン・ブ
ースにおいて、クリーン・ブース内およびクリー
ン・ブース外の塵埃の濃度を測定する塵埃測定器
と、この塵埃測定器に連動してフイルターの目づ
まりをモニターし、ある基準以上に汚れすぎたら
、あらかじめ設定された基準を越えていることを
警告する警報装置とを備えたことを特徴とするク
リーン・ブース。
