- 分解可能なボツクス型フレームと、このボツク
ス型フレームの全体を覆う透明もしくは半透明状
プラスチツクシートと、前記フレームに着脱可能
に装着され、かつ除塵フイルタを備えた送風装置
とからなる簡易クリーンルーム。
