Claims (1)
- ラツクを切設したピストンを有する２つのシリ
ンダを平行に配設し、流体圧力により駆動される
上記ピストンの直線往復運動を、ラツクと噛合す
るピニオンを介して回転揺動運動に変換するよう
にしたものにおいて、上記シリンダを、断面矩形
をなすボデイの一端から２つのシリンダ穴を非貫
通状態に穿設し、各シリンダ穴に上記ピストンを
摺動自在に挿嵌すると共に、ボデイのシリンダ穴
開口端にカバーを装着することにより構成し、各
ピストンの両側に形成される駆動側圧力室及び復
帰側圧力室をボデイに切設した通孔により互いに
連通し、上記カバーに圧力流体給排用のポートを
設けたことを特徴とするピストン形揺動モータ。
