[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, laminates made of foam sheets and other laminated materials have been known as interior materials for automobiles, etc., but the manufacturing method is generally such that the laminated materials are set in a mold, There is a method of manufacturing by injecting a foamable resin liquid into a mold and causing it to foam, or a method of simply pasting an already foamed sheet onto a laminating material via a thermosetting resin adhesive. When the foam sheet is made of polyolefin resin, its adhesive strength with the laminating material is insufficient and tends to easily peel off. In order to improve this problem, methods have been used in which the mutually facing surfaces to be bonded are oxidized in advance with an oxidizing agent or physical treatments such as sanding are applied to increase the adhesion strength, but these methods have not yielded good results. I couldn't get it. There is also an adhesion method in which polyolefin resin powder is sprinkled on each surface to be bonded, and this powder is heated and melted to bond the two together, but this method also fails to provide sufficient adhesive strength. Furthermore, even if a thermosetting resin was applied as an adhesive to either side of the adhesive, and the adhesive layer was directly polymerized with the adhesive layer, sufficient adhesive strength could not be obtained even when the adhesive was heated and pressed. In particular, it has been difficult to firmly adhere a composite panel of a polyolefin foam sheet and an ABS resin laminated material without delamination.

The present invention improves such conventional adhesion methods and provides an adhesion method that can firmly bond a polyolefin foam sheet and a laminating material such as ABS resin without delamination. In the method of polymerizing and bonding laminated materials with adhesives, an adhesive prepared by adding a polyisocyanate type crosslinking agent to a saturated polyester resin is applied in advance to the surface of the polyolefin foam sheet to be bonded, and the adhesive is cured by heating. The method is characterized in that a film is formed, and then the laminated material is polymerized and heat-pressed via the cured film and an adhesive having the same composition as the adhesive.

In the drawing, 1 indicates a foam sheet, the material of which is:
The polyolefin foam sheet 1 is made of a polyolefin resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent is applied to at least one side of the polyolefin foam sheet 1 to which other laminating materials are to be laminated, for example, a saturated polyester resin. A heat-resistant cured film 2 having no heat-melting properties is formed by applying an adhesive containing the above and heating the adhesive to 150° C. or higher.

On the other hand, a molded material 3 made of ABS resin is prepared as a laminating material to the polypropylene foam sheet, and an adhesive made of a polyester resin having the same composition as the adhesive and a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent is applied to the surface to be pasted. Prepare a coating layer 4 of the adhesive coated uniformly over the entire surface, and polymerize the coated surface and the treated foam sheet 1 with the cured coating 2, and in this state, A composite panel was obtained by heating to 140°C and heating under pressure. As described above, according to the present invention, when bonding the polypropylene foam sheet 1 with the laminating material 3 such as ABS resin by polymerization, heating and pressure, a polyisocyanate-based crosslinking agent is applied to the surface of the sheet in advance, especially to the saturated polyester resin. A heat-resistant cured film 2 is formed by heating the added adhesive, and a laminating material 3 such as ABS resin is polymerized on the 2 sides of this cured film through a coating layer 4 of an adhesive having the same composition as the adhesive. Since the two members 1 and 3 are heated and pressurized, a strong composite panel that does not cause peeling between the two members 1 and 3 can be obtained.

In fact, when testing the peel strength of the composite panel obtained in this way, the foam itself could not withstand the tensile force of peeling and broke.
The adhesion between the foam 1 and the laminate material 3 remained strong.

Example: On the back side of a polypropylene foam sheet with a thickness of 4 mm, a polyvinyl chloride facing sheet leather with a thickness of about 0.5 mm was laminated in advance by an appropriate means,
Apply an adhesive containing a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent to a saturated polyester resin and heat it to 170°C.
A cross-linked cured primer treated film is formed, and the same cross-linked adhesive as above is applied to the surface to be bonded on one side of a 3 mm thick hard substrate made of ABS resin. ℃, and on the other hand, the primer-treated foam sheet was heated to 130-140℃, overlapped and pressed with a pressure of 3Kg/cm 2 to 5Kg/cm 2 to hold the sheet in a predetermined shape, and crosslink and harden the adhesive. was completed to obtain a laminated foam sheet. When this product was subjected to a peel test, the foam sheet itself broke, but the bond between the laminates remained strong.

As described above, according to the present invention, when bonding a polyolefin foam sheet and a laminating material using an adhesive using polymerization heat and pressure, a polyisocyanate-based saturated polyester resin is applied to the surface of the polyolefin foam sheet to be bonded in advance. An adhesive containing a crosslinking agent is applied and cured by heating to form a cured film on the sheet surface, and then this is applied to the cured film and the film surface to form an adhesive having the same composition as the adhesive. Since the polyolefin foam sheet and the laminating material are polymerized and bonded by heat and pressure via an adhesive, the polyolefin foam sheet and the laminating material are simply polymerized and bonded by heat and pressure via the adhesive directly, without using the cured film. Obtains extremely strong adhesion that cannot be obtained with conventional methods,
In particular, when ABS resin material, which conventionally did not have strong adhesion to polyolefin foam sheets, is used as a laminating material, it has the effect of producing a composite panel with such strong adhesion that the material itself breaks.
